This is too funny, last night (10/13/2024) around 7:30pm, I went to this QT, needed cigarettes, I usually get them here when I buy 2 or 4. I usually buy them in pairs because they're cheaper than buying them singles.
.... Just a reminder for those who do want to buy cigarettes by the carton, never buy them 10 individual packs, even if they say they don't have any cartons left.... It'll cost you over $20 more..... for any brand!!!
If you're desperate and you really need 10 of them go ahead and do it.
With any cigarettes, if I were to buy the carton I would go to a circle K cuz they're cheaper than QTs.
So here's a story I wanted to know how much a carton would be at QT if I were to buy it there. I asked the cashier, a young kid, to give you a price on it. So what he does is he gets a pack of cigarettes and rings it up 10 times, to show how much it would be for a cart that contains 10.
He told me the total was $100 & some change.
So I asked them straight out, what are you doing why are you reading them up, he said: "well a cartons 10 pack, so I'm ringing them up that way"
I told him "no dude, you can't do it that way because it'll come out more money, you have to do the carton"
You then tells me" I don't have any cartons left,"... Then he went to check anyways.
The carton came out to be $83 and some change, then I just told them, "I'll buy four", he forgets to delete the 10, doesn't ring up the four, and wants me to pay $100, so I look at him, and he says "what's wrong", and I tell him, "you're charging me $100 for four cigarettes still!"
This crazy kid, he was joking around with his friend in the front, smacking on whatever the hell they were cooking up, and I would have paid $100 if I Just trusted him, and didn't look right at the screen.

QuickTrips have the finest trained employees, the freshest food, pretty good fountain drinks and ice machines, fair coffee and a wonderful selection of snacks. This is why we drive out of our way to support them and Folds of Honor, who QT, in turn, supports, a GREAT charity. The greeting as you walk in and leave is a bonus.
Not this one. No greeting. I couldn’t find the Pretzel Crisps and no one knew where they were, minor issue. Bi forgot to take two Vitamin Waters for the special and the cashier actually followed me like I was a criminal, pulled out the single Vitamin Water from the garbage and reprimanded me, that I shouldn’t have said this was a refill, instead of the single VM itself, a difference of 25 cents with the special. He wasn’t done with me.
He wound up charging me for both a refill AND the Vitamin Water that he pulled out of the garbage and admonished me for. Then he overcharged me for the pretzel crisps, not applying the two-for discount that had been running at every other QT.
I like how this fellow singles me out for the 25 cents, while overcharging me for an extra item and no discount on another.
I really didn’t want to post this, but I thought that I am treated SO WELL by every other QT, that I tell the cashier, “we really appreciate all you do.”
I’m glad that law enforcement frequents this QT; I sincerely hope they’re treated better than I was!

I recently started making it a habit to post reviews when I receive exceptional customer service. I recently used the wrong company credit card at this location but I realized it when it was too late. I returned the next day(today 6:30am) to get the receipt that I forgot to get at the pump. It was SUPER busy with customers, but "Anthony" went out of his way to get a backup cashier immediately so that he could locate my receipt in the system. ANTHONY had great customer service with a great attitude even though I could see that the task wasn't easy. I feel customer service is a thing of the past, but QT is why I choose this company for my fuel and snacks over all other companies. Way to go Anthony! Continue on the good path!

This store does an amazing job. This is one of the cleanest QT I have ever been too. Everyone of the staff is always working hard, but always have time to say hello... I love this store!!!

These guys are WICKED FAST with the food prep. XL pizza from order to out the door in under 10m! This place is clean and reasonable...VERY convenient for a lunch break! Anthony, you rock brutha!

This is my go to QT, I wish the workers at night were much more nice. I get it, its a late night shift, but there is no need for the passive aggressive attitude.

Need to teach your employees that if someones card isn't working, try to actually resolve the issue.Don't just say "take it out try again" 16 times in a row with a condescending smirk, as if i'm the one wasting YOUR time.Maybe, just maybe, if the card worked perfectly fine at the pump, it is an issue with your card readers at the register and you should actually try to FIX THE PROBLEM instead of saying "try again" over and over again, and then getting an attitude.
