Dumb question: If the business is open 24/7 and the fire marshal says the door has to remain unlocked when the building is occupied, how can you lock it after 10pm?
Also, the diet Mountain Dew has been out 2 of the last 3 times I have come.

Don’t ever go to this QuikTrip their service is horrible. Their employees are rude and they falsely accuse people of stealing things when I’m a paying customer I’ve been a paying customer for many years at the same location. Their security officer sucks He was telling me how much you hated working there and that his company, and yes, I hope you’re reading this, said that you Don’t pay him enough, just an old man who hates his job and a business that will go under if they continue to treat their customers as such.

Gasoline is not that good I always fuel there but ended change to another gasoline station I’m not going to say the brand but this was better because run double without refueling again and again like I did when I used QT fuel.

I walked here to purchase a drink and I couldn't walk back so I ordered an Uber at 10:32 pm. It said itd be here in 8 minutes. Upon waiting for the Uber the security guard on duty 8/25/25 approached me and said I had to leave and was extremely aggressive towards me. I was literally dressed in my work clothes. Ive never been so disrespected by an employee in all my life. So I personally will never come back to any qt and will start going to circle k. Be warned to be harassed guys when coming here. Additionally, the vanilla ice cream is watered down alot. So be prepared to get clear ice cream guys. I for one will not be back here and neither will my family and friends.

Gas station auto-stopper failed to engage while I was grabbing a drink inside and ended up flooding their gas area and charging me $65.00 in gas for a car that can hardly hold $20.00 worth. I requested a refund, staff said it shouldn't be a problem and just need a supervisors approval since it was over $20 refund being provided per company policy.
Didn't get a call back for over 24hrs and was advised my refund had been denied because it was my responsibility to stay near the car. While I acknowledge they have the posting advising as such, every gas station ever has auto-stoppers that typically work and its incredibly common for people to grab something real quick while their car is filling.
I'm not asking for compensation for the damage the gas did to my EVAP system, the damage the gas did to my paint, or possibly my tires. I just requested a refund for just the excess gas, but instead I was told to kick rocks. You're a national brand and can afford $45 in the name of goodwill with your customers for a simple fault on your own equipment, especially in the current economy.
Absolutely shameful.

This location needs security
I went there the other night & it was overrun with homeless people. 3 homeless people were inside .. one was stealing food, the other was yelling at the self cleaning machine, one was guarding a door. So much yelling and screaming between these people & store clerks.
Those workers safety is at risk and I feel so sorry for the people having to endure this environment just to pay bills.
This needs to change

Poorly run store. One of the worst QT's I've been to. No spoons for condiments? Buns dry for hotdogs, old hard hotdogs on the rack. Staff standing around chatting while customers wait. Not a good look at all. I see a lot of QT's as a Uber driver. I will be sure to avoid this one in the future.

This QT started off super clean and now a year later the front of the building has pee stains on the walls by the doors and it is getting super shady day and night. Wish there was a solution to the homeless issues this city faces.

Not a fan of the new touchscreen fountain. Creates bottlenecking. Pumps out warm flat soda. Also tons of shady people hanging out and stealing. Bring back the security guards.
