Quiktrip is my go-to place for snacks and gas on late nights since I get out of work pretty late. Last night I went in for a drink and something to eat. I go back to my car and decide to enjoy my snack before my drive home. I haven't been in my car for more than 2 minutes when security knocks at my door and tells me I need to leave before they call the police for me hanging out in their parking lot. As a paying customer, I am not loitering and it's ridiculous they can't incorporate critical thinking when threatening people. I will no longer be coming back to this location and advise anyone to be careful when dealing with these people.

This could’ve ended so much worse—and it’s only by luck that it didn’t.
I’m writing this as a partner and a mother who is still shaken by what happened at your QT location. My partner—who had just gotten off work, stopped to fill a low tire. He’s a hardworking, blue-collar man. He pulled into your lot, parked near the air pump, and barely a minute later, the police were on him.
Let that sink in—one minute. He had just arrived, hadn’t even left his car, and the police were already surrounding him.
Why? Because your employees called in a vague report and mistook him as the suspect! They claimed someone was acting suspiciously in a white SUV, that people were approaching the vehicle, opening the trunk, and that it could be related to drug activity. They couldn’t have possibly observed all that in the time he was there—because it didn’t happen.
My partner was alone, sitting quietly in his car. No one approached him. No one opened his trunk. He hadn’t even stepped out yet. But the moment he pulled in, your employees—without confirming a thing—called the cops and put a target on his back.
Next thing he knows, officers are ordering him to roll down his windows, keep his hands visible, shut off the engine, and hand over his license. They interrogated him about weapons, drugs, what he was doing there—all based on your staff’s lazy assumptions and racial profiling.
Want to know how long he was really there? Maybe 10–15 minutes total. Want to know how many people approached him? None. Want to know what really happened? Check the damn cameras.
It doesn’t take long to ruin someone’s life. If my partner had moved too fast, or reached for his wallet at the wrong moment, I could be raising our daughters alone right now. Instead of being treated like a customer, he was treated like a criminal.
And to make it even more insulting? The officers told him that your staff wanted him trespassed from the property. For what—sitting in his car? Not going inside your store? Not doing a damn thing?
QT, this wasn’t just a mistake, it was negligence. It was profiling. And it was dangerous.
You owe my partner—and my family—an apology. You owe your customers better training. You owe your community accountability.
If you’re not willing to do the bare minimum and verify what your employees are reporting before involving law enforcement, then you have no business serving the public. You don’t get to play with people’s lives like this.
Do better. Check your footage. Own your failure. And stop letting bias do the talking.
We will never be back.

Just left this location about 20 mins ago and was wrongly racially profiled due to workers not knowing who they were looking for as well as telling officers a suspicious white suv was potentially selling drugs from vehicle and of course I get stopped by the police assuming it was me due to poor information and description. This situation will not ever allow me to step foot in such an establishment such as qt no more and I am a very frequent customer and have been for some time now but all of that changed thanks to the fine people working at this such establishment.

QT is the spot if you are in a hurry, but be careful because they will lure you in with inexpensive soft drinks and hit you with other items to accompany your soft drink or slurpy. The other deals, like bathroom showers, may be worth your visit because you are offered credit and other deals. Truckers know a good deal, that's why there are so many QT's.

Very consistent experience. Employees are usually dialed in regardless of shift. There's only two things I notice.#1 - Please pressure wash more. The outside standards are typically poor.#2 - The riff raff is disastrously annoying. No where near as bad as the Circle K on 51st but it's not getting better.

I went into this quick trip and went inside to see the cashier to put cash for my gas, and then this cashier gave me attitude. Afterwards I went back outside and I waited ten minutes for my gas and I never received it.

First, I like qt. The employees most often ,are the best. It's the once in a few , that you run into a ...well , this young lady , feels that any thing that she says or how she says it has now bearing on what others see and experience. My advice to this disrespectful teen. Is when you are in the real world , the adult one, and someone ask you a question , you better know your job.
