I've always been told by every food preparer at every QT to ask for the cheese to be removed on the breakfast burrito at the time of ordering. They have all been nice about it except for this one. I was told at first no by the preparer then she said the manager said ok. When I came back after paying for my bacon and egg burrito she said the manager said they cannot. I took a pic of how easily she did remove it this time but I cannot include it in my post. I was not able to continue waiting to speak to the manager this morning. I dont understand why it's an issue here and not at other QTs.

I asked Aaron S., over an hour ago, how long until he had new hot dogs he told me that he was going to be taking off the nasty old ones, clean the grills, and replace them. He told me to come back in an hour. I just went there an hour and a half later, and he has done nothing. Standing there on his phone, and the same nasty hot dog are still there.

I don't live too far from this location so I usually find myself stopping by. The location is really convenient as I can jump on the 101 in less than a minute, depending on traffic.It's almost always as clean as you can ask for and they regularly keep up on the restrooms. Shelves are always stocked and ready to go, things are clearly priced.The only thing I don't like is how often I'm approached by other "guests", either asking for money or if I need a paint job.
