When I travel to Phoenix I tend to stay at the hotel next to this gas station.I find the station clean. Staff is friendly. Gas prices (I think) are a little high ($4.30 on 4/24/2024) but due to the location - the price is well in the expected price range.

Qt is consistent for ripping off their customers with the food. I forgot how little meat they put on the sandwiches and I just made the mistake of buying one again. Manager looked at it said yep that's a problem and gave me my money back.

Love the biscuits and gravy, but it's 50/50. If it will be done right, some consistency would be awesome. I'd rather have extra gravy than having it dry.

Was wanting a donut saw there was one shelf available everything else was empty. The black containers with fresh donuts was right there and I asked the front desk guy if this were donuts and he with no life in his answer just responds “ yes , they just got here” the guy didn’t even say when theyl be filled nothing, so I’m thinking they are going to stock them asap so I waited 10 min instead he just continues standing at the register helped one lady check out then does absolutely nothing. Another employee was doing nothing then comes by the donuts to empty out gallons of coffee I mean alot vs the empty donuts to be filled why not just do that when you know I asked ? Then I asked her if knew who was doing the donuts she says “me, but I won’t get to it for 30 min” smh what a joke tonight’s shift at 1/31/24 10pm needs to be trained in my opinion.For better customer service experience “ as a customer “

So glad to have a QT at this location now. Very nice store and plenty of gasoline and diesel pumps. I won't have to go to the nasty circle k in the area now.
