I had one of my powered blind mucked up by a cleaning crew and Keith and the crew at R&B were able to have be bring it in (since I lived close by) and got it fixed the next day. Thanks Keith!

They never answer their phone, just ask you to leave a message. I've been waiting 5 days for a call back. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
Addendum: I received a very apologetic phone call from Riley, the owner, and I was quite impressed how much he cared about the oversight in answering my phone message. I've decided to give them another try.

Keith and team did a fantastic job. I would say I was not the easiest to get a hold of and they patiently continuously followed through and did an excellent job with the installation of our motorized blinds. It was so cool to have a wall switch and a handheld remote where I could raise or lower my blinds at any time. I will definitely call them back to get them to work with my new Alexa device. The crew was clean and professional with the installation. I would highly recommend them. Great job!

The saga continues.... Ordered blinds LAST YEAR, ,moved in to our new house three weeks ago and still have no blinds. Got a phone call yesterday saying they would install today between 12-4. Surprise, surprise. No one showed up, no one called. They never answer the phone, is this for real??? DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY ???

I have been trying to call this number for the past couple of weeks, to schedule an appointment. I tried leaving mesages in all the extensions provided. Nobody picks up, and nobody calls back either. It would be great if you can check your voice messages and call back.After the response.Thanks for your response. I did receive calls from your team today.

This company did very good work on replacing my blinds throughout my house, however their install guy Russell is short tempered and very rude and hateful when things don't go exactly as planned...he came and mis measuremenred 2 of my windows which I accepted mistakes happen...during my request for a re measure, he didn't have time to come back so I agreed to measure them myself with the promise in writing if they don't fit im not liable...Which of course they didn't fit and Russell was tasked to bring the replacements 3 weeks later...he entered my house with a terrible attitude and immediately began to accuse me of the wrong measurements...was yelling at me the whole time ...you did this!!...I tried to explain the truth...he would not hear it...so I reported him and was gently told they would talk to him...but no apology from Russell...I would never use this company again...!!!

A few days ago, I wrote a review about the follow-up service on our window coverings. We had a blind that was not working. I called left message etc., for almost a week, and finally did a google review. Immediately Keith responded to my google review, and he was very apologetic about the misunderstanding. I appreciate the follow-up today. I was always very happy with them, prior to this incident. A happy customer now.

One of my rental homes didn't have blinds. Yes, I paid money for a house without blinds.Fortunately, R&B was able to quickly install the blinds for me even during this pandemic. The price was more than reasonable and the company was super professional throughout the whole process.

R&B provided the blinds for our cabin in Payson which gave it a fresh look. Great customer service.
