All I wear is RRL. So staff here knows me, they know what I like. Always offer me water. Always willing to ship my size if not in stock. Always friendly and professional. Also buy from RRL Atlanta, NYC and Malibu. New Naiomi Glasses collection is excellent. Highly recommend.

The store was very helpful in setting up an appointment to fix buttons on a recently bought leather jacket. Veronica did an amazing job and had it ready the next day. Kyle was very helpful with showing me a few items and a pair of boots I will likely buy.

Lewis was excellent. I am rebuilding my wardrobe as I start a new career and his advice was great. He spent a lot of time making sure I got what I needed. I will come back in the future.

I have never experienced such a level of arrogance and rudeness in a shopping locale as I did today by a Ralph Lauren manager here. I was a bit lost in trying to locate a voting center in the shopping center. My GPS incorrectly landed in their store. When I queried if she had seen voting signs nearby, instead of graciousness, a kind yes or no, a smile, a reasonable response... the manager instead frowned, rolled her eyes, and abruptly and sarcastically stated: "obviously this is a retail establishment" . She then turned and looked at her employee with a smirk. Her employee responded seemed embarrassed and chagrined. When I asked again if she had seen any signs, she said "I'm not going to say anything." She overtly gave me once-overs many times, conveying that I wasn't dressed in the required luxurious attire to earn the status of belonging in a Ralph Lauren store. However, as a human being, respectfully asking a basic question about voting info directions, I expect decency and kindness. A woman next to me who was also lost, and looking for voting signs, tried to ask as well. The manager was also condescending to her. It was shocking. I said, "You are very rude," and she responded, "No, I'm not". I replied, "Yes, you certainly are." Then I left. I'll never again step foot in this store, and will tell others the same. Kindness costs nothing. To the contrary, a self-important business model that treats people like dirt on the bottom of their shoes not only costs them in poor reviews, but also no business.

Tuesday at noon I tried to open the front door facing the parking lot and it was locked. I tried to call but no one picked up. I tried again after lunch and the door was still locked. I got back home and called again and someone picked up. They said due to staffing they keep that door locked. I needed to walk around to the other door. There was no sign to let me know that. That same door was open last Friday when I went there to pick up an order. I don't mind walking around but at least show me a sign. I wonder how many other people try to open that door and leave. Seems like missed sales for RL.

Kyle was very helpful and welcoming! We came looking for a nice pair of shoes and he gave us a very good idea on which shoe would be the right fit for the occasion. This particular store offers furniture and home furnishings as well.

Not going to lie I don’t typically enjoy going into higher end clothing and home stores due to feeling judged by staff. However, that was not the environment here. The staff was friendly, attentive but not overbearing. Ralph Lauren already has a great eye for wardrobe attire. I was enchanted by his home collection. Such great styles to offer and the display where done so well.

I’m not embarrassed at all to say that I don’t possess the finances to shop here regularly. I stopped in because I admire Ralph Lauren, and I wanted to look at beautiful things. The store is gorgeous! It smells like leather, is filled with beautiful clothes and housewares, and has classic American style. It’s just an experience in and of itself.While I wasn’t able to purchase any pricey items this visit (my first), I ended up finding a Ralph’s Coffee mug that I couldn’t stand the idea of not having.As for service, we were greeted 3 times by 3 different people, all very nice. We didn’t feel looked down upon at all. Kyle was my sales person, and he was super friendly. I even joked about being the person who just buys a mug, but he didn’t make me feel small or unimportant whatsoever. It’s a nice mug! I left with a smile, a relaxed feeling, and a beautifully packaged adorable mug! It’s been such a long time since I’ve had such a good retail experience.As mentioned before, I am not anywhere near being wealthy. That being said, my husband and I admire quality and style in clothing. When we inevitably find pieces we need from Ralph Lauren, we will definitely be going back to see Kyle.

Went at time of opening. Doors were locked. We were motioned to go around to the other side. It was also locked. Waited for 5 minutes. No one came to open. We drove to the other store across town where we got good service.

The Ralph Lauren local at the Biltmore, closes prior to its closing time which is 6pm. Also, their voicemail box is full and customers are unable to leave a message. It's the Christmas Holidays and this Ralph Lauren location should try to stay open as expected.

I have been to this store previously and had great service. Today, I went in looking for a blazer, the service was awful. The two salespeople couldn’t be bothered to help. I found two purple label shirts that I took to what amounted to the cashier, paid and left. In the future I will purchase polo a other stores never this one again.
