The lady in the front is extremely rude. She watches you like a hawk thinking you are going to steal, she wont answer any questions about items and snatches items out of your hand. I will never go back to this store. Worst customer service I have experienced. I’m glad we will soon be getting the Tractor Supply in Laveen, so we don’t have to deal with her bad attitude.

Lady at the register(she said she owned the store) was very rude and not helpful. She double charged me for an item and when I went back into the store she snatched the receipt out of my hand, reviewed the receipt, didn’t say a word, and proceeded to give me cash back.. when I wanted the money returned on my debit card! While checking the place out, being I’m a first time customer.. I asked questions about horse products she was very short and gave me dirty looks, almost like I was bothering her by asking questions. I was the only one in the store. So she wasn’t busy! I let her know she was very rude, and I would not be coming back! Would not recommend this place!!!

Been buying pet supplies from Rays for at least 25 years.They always have the hard to find stuff.Great family owned business, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.I highly recommended Ray's.

I've been going to Ray's Feed for quite some time. When I go to Ray's feed I feel so welcomed and comfortable as I browse around and shop. As I check out I love talking with the people there who own the store. They are so kind.
Today was a sad day for me as I went there to buy some chicken scratch. The older lady that worked at the register has passed on. She was so sweet and shared with me her experiences about her chickens. We would laugh together. She was such a lovely lady. My prayers go out to the whole family.
