Jake H. was very helpful with my first experience at a Red Wing boot store. I've never had anybody help me with my boot size and at first I thought it would not be needed, but it was actually very helpful in my decision making. I was even able to trade-in for a different pair that was more my size, when I had comfort problems with the first pair.

Huge shout out to ANGEL at Redwing! Angel is very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about his job and boot warranty. So I spoke to Angel on the phone on Wednesday and I had told him what was going on with my boots and he said that he couldn’t give me a yes or no about the exchange to just bring them in and he looked at my Boots and said that they were still under the 12 month warranty. so I asked him if he was working Saturday he gave me his schedule so I pulled up on Saturday and Angel was there. He was very helpful and he did advise me that my Boots did fall into warranty so he made the exchange happen smooth I was in and out in about 10 minutes and I just wanna say thank you to Angel and also thank you to Redwing for being the best boot on the market. I boast to all the guys at work how good Redwing Is and this is why I go Red Wing. I will always go Red Wing because they’re made in the USA and also the warranties you cannot beat that no other company has warranty like redwing, boot barn could never.

I needed to replace my redwings, except this time I bought the special insoles and leather protector. I am walking up to 16 miles a day for work and I happily purchased these without a work voucher. The service was great, as well.

first of all, love the boot, this is my second purchase. i ordered the wrong size online, i knew better from all the information on my first purchase in the Surprise store. So this time AngeL helped me at the Glendale store, very cooL dude, understood what happened and wanted to help. He checked the system inventory and even called the other that had what i needed, to make sure what he sees is correct. Angel gave me the game plan and the exchange was so simple. The right shoe at the right size feels good when working with the right people.
