It's a Redbox. You rent movies and games and return movies and games. Of course any movie that's new is unavailable unless you want it on blueray and then they charge you extra for the Blu Ray disc you cannot watch. , So you leave empty handed. I tried 3 of my prepay cards with the right zipcode but it wouldn't take them... Not the redboxs fault though.
