I came to do my nails and what was my sadly surprise that they are not longer open, I was their customer since grand opening at 16th Ave and Bethany Home.

I went to the salon about 10 minutes ago and Walmart at 17th and Bethany Hall Road so I waited for 15 minutes and then when she put the water in I told her it was too hot and she kept getting short with me and I just said no it's too hot and then I asked her if she put the sea salt in the water cause I just wanted to know she was extremely rude to me and started telling me off and telling me to sit and wait for somebody else I've never been treated like this before in my life at a salon. This is a rude salon on top of that all the nail polish look dirty that you pick on the wall. It was a mess And it's a small place. Also, they were extremely rude. I will never go again.

So Iāve been here many times but donāt think Iām going back . Well one time I was getting my nails taken off for a new set and the guy rips my whole real nail off and I was bleeding. And the last time I went the lady did something to my big toe while getting a pedicure and it hurts really bad . Iām hoping

This was suppose to be a treat for myself to get a full set. Havenāt had this done since lost job. Kathryn sounded like the āAnjelah Johnson comedianā $15 ā¦Moreā¦.to clean my cuticles before adding nails. Say what??Always have had this included. She added a $1 to my bill to use a debit card, advised that IF I came back they would charge me $15 to take off my glitter nail polish! She was agitated I didnāt use Gel. $5 more! She had horrible people skills, super unfriendly especially when I questioned her about nickel and diming me at Walmart! Iāve been to Regal beforeā¦. They used to be āaffordableā and welcoming! She also put an extra hold on my card of $5.60! Saw this when I got home.Regal corporate of course couldnāt call you back.I hope Walmart shuts you down!Horrible place!

I love this place. Kevin did my fake gel nails french tip manicure and he asked me out of respect towards the saying the and all customers are right, and finally asked me permission to cut my nails before just doing so without my permission and/or knowledge of knowing so. Thank you guys for a feel like I was just at home and welcomed with all respect and everyone whom works there. I was looking around when I was getting my nails done by Kevin, and I noticed that they have like literally no joke whatsoever, like over 200 or more of different colors for the powder for customers to pick from and also the nail polish colors and gel colors and also they have a number rack thing above the walls and they are numbered from #1-#8 I believe and they were all different shapes to cut for your nails that you can choose from. I loved this place so much. Thank you to Kevin, he did a fantastic beautiful awesome outstanding work for again my french tip french manicure fake nails. Love y'all. Looking forward on going back in a couple and every couple weeks to keep on getting my nails done up and also my nails filled in. It was also only $35 and another place not these or this nail salon was wanting an absolute outrageous price for fake nails of a price of 60$ plus more so it would of been a total for the ones I got done here for $80. Which I rather be like I'm at home and welcomed comfortably at Regal Nails, Salon, & Spa at Walmart supercenter on Bethany home rd Phoenix, Arizona 85013. Thank y'all again and God bless y'all. They have absolutely NO handicap access. I was NOT allowed to bring my Much Needed walker inside. I was told to leave it outside.I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. I was treated like an inconvenience to them. So I went somewhere else.The only reason I chose one star is to post this very GENITIVE review. Zero Stars is what they deserve.Services: Pedicure

I went in for a pedicure. For $30 before tip for gel, what a steal! The nail techs working there are so nice and professional, and very quick! Very sweet woman who took care of me, it was a nice experience. Iāll definitely be back.I just had to leave a review for this place, bc a lot of the reviews Iāve read here were not even for this nail location, but for other stores in the Walmart location or elsewhere. Some reviews are just terribly racist. Shame on those people.

Allow yourself about an hour wait time. Sign in and they will tell approximately when your turn will come.In the mean time, do your Walmart shopping.It's definitely worth the wait.They do all manner of nail services, manicures, pedicures, all the basics, plus all the rest of nail care and maintainance.The staff is friendly and helpful in helping you optaining you nail goals.The service is excellent and very inexpensive as far as other shops in the area fare in comparison.I recommend them highly and refer everyone there..They're right in front of the Walmart cashiers.
