Bottom my chair dropped so it was uncomfortable. I spent $1,800.00 for new parts to correct the problem. The new parts did not fix the problem.

Purchased a chair in hopes to correct My significant other’s back and neck pain. As she works from home all day it is important to find the right one. Upon selecting one, we were told that we had 30 days to bring it back if it didn’t work out. Also, the invoice given to us would state the same time frame. This was a HUGE deciding factor in our purchase because we had plans to leave town for a couple of weeks and had to give a try when we returned.
Turns out that it didn’t work out as she is still experiencing neck pain. Unfortunately, When reaching out to the store, within 30 days, they said we actually only had three days to return. That it was posted in their store. Nothing we signed had a 3 day return policy stated - only a 30 day. And a representative of the store/company assured us we had 30 days upon purchase.
The reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because Steven and Melissa were still very kind in communicating. Unfortunately, it is ownership who isn’t very understanding of the situation presented to him/her from us through the associates. Instead of offering a refund (minus restocking fee) it was eventually communicated that we could return it and use its value (minus restocking fee) towards another item, which meant spend more money. We would not continue this back and forth because it became clear that we were not on the same page.
Although the store associates are pleasant, we can’t help but feel that customer satisfaction with a relative expensive purchase/item wasn’t actually prioritized in our case. Not pleased with how the Owner handled this situation at all.
I’m sure this was a lesson for the associates and they will probably have the right paperwork and words in order in the future. It’s just unfortunate that it was at our expense.

I’ve had a consistently excellent experience with Relax The Back. This is the second inverter I’ve purchased from them, and I previously owned two of their chairs—which were exceptional. As a side sleeper, I also rely on their head pillows for comfort and support. I highly recommend their products and customer service.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all aspects of various chair functions and patient in answering all our questions. Tony was very professional, friendly with setting up the chair and education on the functions.

I purchased a very beautiful chair, emerald green leather with custom embroidery. That wasn't the issue- it's the communication gap. I spent 5 thousand dollars on a chair and when I ask for an update- that should be given no questions asked. When I have to call a different store other than the Phoenix store to get the proper people to contact me? That's gross. A little backstory- i was told the chair was going to be on backorder and expect it early December. I started to reach out late November and said hey can I get an update its almost that time. I sent several emails, called with 0 answers to the Phoenix store. So I started threatening via calls and email if I hear nothing then expect to hear from the finance company and if they don't hear anything then the loan disappears and i don't want the chair. Last resort I called a different store and they said I'll call and get someone to give an answer. Turns out the chair was here and they then scheduled a delivery between 8-10am. Once more, another communication gap and they were late by 45 minutes passed 10 am. Its not a make or break situation but you give me false promises and then don't tell me literally anything. The chair is the 5 stars, the service is a 1. The chair saved you guys, no doubt. I'd rather have bought it from the other store I called because at least they answered.

Brian was simply amazing on so many levels. He is new to area and had an anniversary dinner that didn’t stop him from following up with us to provide a quote and best BF deal as promised. Happy Anniversary! We felt all our questions were answered and he believes in the quality and health benefits. He was honest and a man of his word. We had such a fun time laughing with another couple that Brian was assisting and really kept him on his toes trying to serve both of us. He truly is a rock star salesman, we can call a friend.

Addy is AMAZING! I knew nothing about massage chairs prior to coming into the store and she was incredibly knowledgeable. They are so lucky to have her and I hope to purchase a chair from her one day.

My initial review ⬇️ was glowing. But yesterday, in an issue with a return question (just a question), Kyle accused me of trying to defraud them. I talked to a manager and was promised a call back and it didn’t come. So Living Spaces got my business.Today I spontaneously stopped at the Phoenix location to look into a new office chair. Kyle was so terrific. He listened to my needs, was knowledgeable about ergonomics, genuine and because of this experience, I put in an order for my new chair! He followed up with a call within an hour to give me delivery details. I hope the chair works for me but if it doesn’t, it won’t be because Kyle misdirected me! Thanks, Kyle!
