This is the worst place to rent from first off when I got my furniture it was damaged buy they guys that brought it , has paint on the legs from the building trying to push through door, if they had since they would know too unscrew them , then when you call they wanna be rude and say there eating lunch ok you shouldn’t of answered the phone, then they fraudulently run all you cards you made payments with that’s not how bill pay works, ran my card for my past due ok then just keep running my cards and taking my money well where is that good old court date at I’m ready cause you guys are full of shit yeah ,just the irritating shit they do playing on the phone

Terrible experience at this Phoenix location 32nd and Indian school. I paid $100 deposit and haven’t gotten a receipt or delivery date. The older lady Mayra was very unprofessional and didn’t care to help at all! Store was empty when I walked in and she can’t even answer the phone. I tried calling her the past four hours.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company in general. I canceled my agreement and glad I did.

I have been a customer for about 2 years. Idk what has happened Within the last 12 months or so but the level of customer service is horrible. They have come to my house to pick up the furniture a day before the payment was even due. They have called me and threatened to come pick up the furniture if I do not pay them immediately. This is only being a day or two late. Today I was in a meeting at work and I am five days late paying. When they called, I told them I was in a meeting and I would return the phone call and they proceeded to tell me that’s OK because if you don’t pay now, we’ll see you tonight to pick the furniture up. The manager sends me a text message and says it’s funny how you can answer a text but you can not speak to us. This is coming from someone who is supposed to be a leader at that store and that scares me. I have been treated like trash and I have been a loyal customer. I’m so angry.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Very unprofessional. Someone Called to say a payment was missed I explained I had already verified with my bank that the payment had been processed. I assured him it had and even offered to come into the store to show them the proof of payment or email it to them. He ignored everything I said and said I had a week to make the payment or HE was picking it up. The rep that called didn’t verify any information to verify MY identity at all didn’t even know what person he was speaking with. Sounded very shady was extremely anxious for me to just give him my card number and info I’ve always rented thru them and had a wonderful experience until today and that was enough for me to pay whatever down payment ANY other furniture company is offering just so I don’t have to deal with someone who hates there job that much. I asked for his name and he refused to give that info as well, just ghetto. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

Stealing customers money I paid 25 dollars to this business and I'm not sure if I got the right one called my references and was rude to them and hung up on them. The girls name was Ariana. Then I spoke to management the manager was like extremely rude to me for calling back and saying I want my money back because Ariana was rude to my friends I told them I want my money back. I paid 25.00 they sent me back 1.80 AND KEPT THE REST THEMSELVES . purple violet also known PAC RAC IS WHAT THEY CHARGED MY CARD AS.

I was not granted the promotion code that I had received to get my TV today. The manager was unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing as she kept asking me for more money before delivering my item. I have been an excellent customer for years! I am so disappointed!

Me and my friend went but return stuff but i was not allowed? i was also talking to a particular lady and she was very rude! other friends of mine loved shopping there for our home but now we aren’t t sure we will go back considering the type of service we received. i was not able to get the name of the rude worker since she would not give it to me.
