Who had the idea to start towing cars on a Sunday afternoon of people and families going to a baseball game that was behind the plaza? The only sign posted says “No Overnight Parking”. Says nothing about 3 hour parking. Also, what about the people who weren’t even at the game but shopping or eating in the plaza? You left families, single parents stranded with kids. I would like to know if this was the owner’s decision.

Not only did they steal money from me the last time I did buisness with them this time they thought they were going too charge me over 800.00 for a 349.00 computer with a down payment of 100,00 and 25.00 a week for the rest of my life false advertisment all day long . then I called another store who put me on hold while they collaborated to sell me the same bullshit.

Stealing customers money I paid 25 dollars to this business and I'm not sure if I got the right one called my references and was rude to them and hung up on them. The girls name was Ariana. Then I spoke to management the manager was like extremely rude to me for calling back and saying I want my money back because Ariana was rude to my friends I told them I want my money back. I paid 25.00 they sent me back 1.80 AND KEPT THE REST THEMSELVES . purple violet also known PAC RAC IS WHAT THEY CHARGED MY CARD AS.

We'll never go to this place ever again lie to horrible service from management as well lies to customers believing they're going to get their order and it's not in the correct orders that time we'll never go back to them after I'm done paying my stove and my sister is done paying off her TV cuz she liked to my sister as well I'm professional workers there at the boss lies the employee has to lie with them that's very sickening and scanning as well my review used to be a number 5 for you guys but now it's a one if I could I'll give you a zero sorry Rent-A-Center you guys are doing a lousy job where's my old employee manager that work there that helped us from jump was still there cuz he never did that to us he never does respected us as customers like these new workers want to believe in management are
