I was in the hospital and unable to pay.i let the store know.i also let the store my bank account was hacked and if I could make a double payment the following week.they insisted on trying to charge my card multiple times. I always got a text stating if I have any questions to call or text. So I text notify them I was in the hospital.they wanted to talk to me. Well having tubes down your throat makes it hard to talk so I only could text them.didnt get a response but to have my card charged to no avail

Dont shop at this Rent a Center store because like 3days they change our credit card after we buy that item in store when shipping and they want some money now
