This position does require the person to be onsite at our location in Phoenix, Arizona. I see you are currently in New Mexico, so we will not be considering you for this position. But we do wish you the best. This message above was about a position I applied for if your out of state don't even apply you will get a response from the Marketing Manager not a HR title personnel which are two completely different scopes of work which means organization needs a rehaul.

This bank doesn't follow covid protocols. The person who opened our account was unvaccinated and maskless. He seemed surprised when we asked him to wear a mask, as we were doing in his small office. No employees in the branch that we saw were wearing a mask, despite the fact that most of their customers are over 60 and at higher risk of the virus. Read the room. If you customers come in wearing a mask, put your mask on.

After banking with Chase for years, their service levels dropped in 2020 substantially. When looking for PPP Loan help, it was impossible to get any real help or service from Chase, often for weeks or months at a time, randomly so...., So I called around. The people at Republic Bank of Arizona not only answered their phones, with local qualified help from real live Arizona USA humans, they were the most helpful, friendly and professional humans one could have hoped for. The service levels have continued to be responsive, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Republic Bank of Arizona and their awesome staff to anyone looking for banking services with a human touch. Thank you Republic Bank of Arizona and really thank you to all your lovely staff.

We've been a business banking customer with this bank for a few years, and we had previously banked with the big National banks, and I can say I am truly impressed with the impeccable service received at Republic Bank of Arizona. Tons of hospitable friendliness. And, especially during these strange Covid times, this bank really shines, much more than any other bank is willing. Huge kudos to Yvonne for putting up with our large 2x weekly cash deposits of mostly $1 bills, supplying us with emergency quarters, etc etc etc. Amazing Amy got us our PPP loan in a hurry. This bank is outstanding!

We were blown away by the amazing customer service and general helpfulness of Republic Bank. If we lived in the Phoenix area, we'd bank there. Here's the story. We live in Tucson and tried to get help from our local (big bank) branch and "personal banker" in applying for a SBA PPP loan. Absolutely no luck. So, we were recommended by a statewide nonprofit association to try Republic Bank. They were stellar. Karen Vitkovich and Melissa (& others) were so incredibly helpful. They returned calls and texts promptly, did what they said they would do and provided excellent customer service and follow through. We had missed out on the first round of PPP loan money, but they shepherded the process of our application wonderfully. And, lo and behold, we were approved and received PPP loan money, which goes a long way in helping our new nonprofit out as we just launched in March and then COVID-19 hit.Thank you Republic Bank of Arizona! I recommend them highly!!

We are so impressed with Republic Bank of Arizona! And we live in Tucson, not Phoenix. My wife and I run a new youth development leadership nonprofit, and when COVID-19 hit, we had to push our 2020 plans to 2021. And, we realized we could use some financial help during the next couple months. Our bank here in Tucson was non-responsive and through a recommendation from the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits, we were referred to Republic Bank of Arizona. They were nothing short of superb! Their care, concern and concentrated follow-through was so refreshing, as they shepherded us through the process. They were honest, transparent and timely. The end result was that we were approved for, and received a PPP loan to help support our organization during this difficult time. I highly recommend Republic Bank of Arizona, and particularly Karen Vitkovich and Melissa Roberson. If we lived in the Valley of the Sun, we'd switch to them!

I am not a normal customer of Republic Bank because I don't own a small business but when Wells Fargo wouldn't deposit or cash a check I had received due to a slight printing alignment issue a friend familiar with the bank recommended I try to cash it there. They cashed my check and didn't charge me any kind of fee. They have great customer service and were very helpful.

The worst experience ever with a bank to try and refinance my mortgage. I would highly recommend using another bank. The communication was nonexistent and the process was horrible asking for the same documents over and over again. I should have looked on other sites for reviews first.

In the day and age of mega-banks, no tellers, fees for everything, and campaigns for opening accounts whether you want them or not...Republic Bank AZ is a refreshing throw-back to better times. Their experienced staff is easy to work-with, eager to help you with anything 'banking', and the lending division is there to say 'yes'. Locally owned and operated (you don't see that much anymore), this bank can help with anything. I'm really happy to have a relationship with them!

I applied for a business loan and when I didn't qualify they kept almost $3,000 in fees. When i was not happy about this they forwarded my emails to person who had no reason to know my business. I will be filing a complaint.
