Only reason I couldn’t give it five stars is because it’s not perfect. Randy and the other employee are working hard getting things repaired and cleaned up. They are on the right track though! Very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been storing items here for a few years now. I’ve seen how the unhoused in the area took advantage of there only being one employee at my location. It was awful. Goodness they really did a number on that place. But now there is a 2nd employee. Those 2 gentlemen have really turned the place around. New lights too! Great location. It’s an older place than ones I’ve used in Gilbert and Chandler. But it fits my needs. I do wish they had more people working there though. It’s bigger than you’d think! I recommend this storage facility if you are in the area.

Yes this storage unit has been phenomenal. They have serviced me anytime that I have requested service or assistance without hesitation. Also while here even in the midst of turbulent exterior activity in the area they have maintained and increased the security of the facility helping us to feel even more safe here as well as our belongings. They're getting better every month and would highly recommend moving forward!

The people at the office are very kind. The prices are great I am very happy with the price I'm paying for the size of the storage unit that I got. I wasn't able to get my stuff out of my old storage and to this storage until right before 6pm and they were very kind and helped me out and took off the red lock to my storage unit so I was able to put my stuff in there and the guy answered the office door even though they were just about to close and he gave me my pin and told me where my unit was so I am grateful for their help and I am very happy about my new storage unit.

Randy and Corey were most pleasant easy to work with to get the establishment of this storage for me. Took me and showed me where my unit was it was clean in the right space I needed for my two bedroom apartment thank you.

Terrible liars! My storage unit was broken into. I had no clue until I was trying to grab Easter stuff for my children or of my unit and there was a different lock. Had to wait for them to open on Monday and was informed my unit was broken into. My stuff was gone through. They replaced the lock and I was told upstairs with my 2 children that for my inconvenience that my rent for the following month would be covered. We'll, it's the following month and I'm being charged rent. I called and the guy tells me they can't do that and back peddles. Sorry, didn't know i need to record my conversation with the owner of your shotty storage unit. You let homeless people live in your units. You say it's AC, but is so not AC. It's hot up there, no AC. And now this. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! lying crooks and rude! Just quoted what i owe. No sympathy or anything and hung up. It's a homeless shelter without the title and they don't care if your stuff gets stolen. Useless and rude.
