Quick and easy reordering of my cars prescription. Friendly staff and I get my package within a few days. Highly recommend them. And I’ve never had a stock issue with any of the medication.

Just awful. Been waiting for our cat's prescription for a full month, contacted them and they were supposed to get back to us with an update, and they never did. So I call again and the agent just simply told me that the order was still in the cart, never submitted, and asked for my card info. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing.I asked if they would offer any sort of discount or help us out at all because of their mistake and I just got attitude from the agent saying I should have contacted them sooner and they don't do discounts.

The pharmacy delivers medication quickly and in good condition. The price is very reasonable relative to other options I have, and the customer service is always excellent.

My cat used to think his tuna flavor Budesenide liquid medication was a treat. It was so easy to give. This new almond oil formula must taste nasty. He hates it. Time to find another provider

We've been getting a vital medication in a water based oral suspension for our cat for almost a year. Delivery timing can vary, by a lot, like from days to weeks with no explanation. Our last order was just the powdered medication in a bottle of almond oil- and I don't mean an oil based suspension- I mean straight almond oil. The change came with no warning, no notes. The meducation separates horribly from the almond oil. Their advice for use when I called was to shake as hard as I can for as long as I can & then draw it quickly because it starts to separate immediately after I stop shaking it. They said the FDA made them stop using their water based suspension because it needs more testing, so without consultation they just shipped it out in almond oil because it's all they have. To make things worse, this stuff seizes the plunger in the liquid syringes, so they can't be reused. Sometimes it seizes it before I can get it in our cat's mouth & I can't even get the medicine out. Last night I was trying so hard to get the medicine out so it wouldn't go to waste, after the punger seized I tried to pull it up to free it & the rubber separated from the plastic on the syringe plunger. This medicine is garbage. I can't even use it. I'm going to have to get my vet to switch pharmacies. Meanwhile we're out $100 right before Christmas. If they can't do something they should have called & explained they can't do something, not play games.

We needed compounded cyclosporine eye drops for our senior dog that was recently diagnosed with dry eye. Since our vet's office has an online pharmacy, we ordered a 5 mL bottle through their website, which we then found out came from Roadrunner Pharmacy. Everything is listed as "free shipping" so I went ahead and ordered one 5 mL bottle. At check out, I nearly choked that it was $40 for the cyclosporine and an additional $16 for a "handling fee" - even though it was sent via USPS! Yikes! It did arrive in several days (which is the ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars). Come time around for me to re-order, I lived with the fact that the medication itself was expensive (I've previously had a dog with eye issues), but now I was going to order 2 bottles, hoping I'd save on the handling fee. Nope! Now the handling fee was $17.40, and while cheaper than ordering two separately, I was still outraged. Do the math: two 5 mL bottles plus handling came to a total of $97.40! On my next visit to the vet, I complained about the steep costs of this medication that she would need to be using for the rest of her life. I told him that, in my opinion, this was extortion. My vet was very sympathetic and proceeded to do some research on alternative compounding veterinary pharmacies. He gave me the names of three (two were out of state and one was in downtown Houston, which is about 25 miles from me). I called the pharmacy that's downtown and was quoted a price of $57.50 for a 15 mL bottle (yes, that's three times the amount of what I was getting), with a $12 shipping charge if I chose to have it sent to me. However, since it's only about a 30 minute drive into town, I figured we could pick it up, meaning there would be no additional charge other than for the meds itself. Think about it. I would receive triple the amount of medication for less than half of what Roadrunner was charging. When you have a dog that is on multiple medications due to their advancing age, every penny counts. Buyer beware: shop around before you order anything compounded from Roadrunner. You may be able to find it at significant savings elsewhere.

Is your pet sick with a chronic illness and/or terminal? Avoid Roadrunner / Conexis if you have any options at all, otherwise you'll be having a bad time like the rest of us. We've been getting gabapentin in the mini tabs for a year now and every refill is worse than the last. Poor quality tablets arrive broken or explode into dust if you put the teensiest bit of pressure on them. If my cat spits the tablet out, it's impossible to reattempt with the same tablet. We waste a lot of medication because of this. In January, they had the nerve to increase the cost by $30 per fill but quality was as bad as ever. Got a refill authorized on Tuesday and now I see there's a bullshit handling fee as well. I completed the online form Tuesday night and was told my medication shipped Wednesday from AZ... one state over. The delivery estimate is next Wednesday.... A full week. I could walk to AZ faster. Our other vet uses Wedgewood and despite having a similar online experience and also being in AZ, we got our meds from Wedgewood on the cheapest shipping option in 2 days. So better performance is absolutely achievable and reasonable, but Roadrunner gives zero fucks about pets or their families. They just want your money.

Pet Owners Beware!! If you are looking to have your medications delivered between 6-10 business days and then sent to the wrong address, this is the pharmacy for you. My veterinary oncologist called in a prescription for a much needed cancer medication for my dog, and not only did they take 3 days to call me about said prescription to get it filled, they then informed me that it would take 6-10 business days before I'd get that prescription. After two weeks, I was finally sent an email confirmation with tracking information and came to find out that they sent it to an address I asked them to remove and replace with a new address. So now I still don't have said medication and was told after calling customer service to wait for a claims specialist to call me and fix the problem. This is the worst veterinary pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I would definitely not recommend using them for any of their services.

Not sure why my vet recommended using this pharmacy, wish I saw the reviews first. Called on 8/28 to pay for a prescription that had already been called in on 8/25, just shipped last night and despite being 2nd day air says it wouldn’t arrive for another 4 days. It was a cancer medicine for my cat and we ended up needing to euthanize her didn’t even get the medicine or have a chance to try it, called the pharmacy and of course they didn’t care just a simple “no refunds”. Listen to the other reviews and mine, look for a pharmacy yourself and maybe even a new vet, if yours recommends this place there’s probably something wrong with them too.

Road Runner Pharmacy has gone downhill over atleast the last 6 months. Their customer service used to be friendly and helpful. "Pharmacist Kyle" was extremely rude, unfriendly, and anything but helpful. Luckily, We've found Wedgewood Pharmacy! Wedgewood customer service is friendly, helpful, and the prices are just about everything are significantly cheaper! 10 stars for Wedgewood... Zero Stars for Roadrunner!

I have been using road runner for over a year for my cats cancer medicine. At the beginning they were great. I don’t know what’s happened between now and then. Ive had 2 shipments never come. They swear they sent them and just never came. I placed an order on June 25th so I wouldn’t run out. It’s been 12 days and I just got confirmation it finally shipped. So much for 2 day shipping that they promise you right ??? On top of that when i first started getting my cats medicine I was paying $64 a month for it. Just recently they raised their price to $134 a month. I won’t use them every again. Just found Wedgwood pharmacy for animals there charging me $43 a month for his medicine and FREE overnight shipping.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I have been using roadrunner since December 2022 for my dogs heart medications. Since the beginning I have had issues. When requesting a refill it would take weeks I would have to call and follow up. I’ve had to have his Vet send emergency prescriptions to a local pharmacy so he doesn’t go without. This time around I requested a refill on a Friday 7/14/2023 Now a week later I called to follow up to be told oh their was no refills. We requested refills and your vet sent it in on Wednesday 7/19/2023. Now 2 days later I have to call find that out and then be told we will see if you can get it out by Monday as it’s Friday late in the day. Mind you they have had the refill sent by his vet since Wednesday. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Terra got on the line was rude from the beginning and told me that they have 5 to 7 business days to send the prescription out so I can expect it by next Friday. Super confused as I was told Monday but she said no Friday. It’s upsetting to hear a supervisor not only be rude blame your vet for not responding to the refill request but to now make the decision to make you wait until next Friday. That would make it 2 weeks from the requested refill date. I called my vets office and they informed me the prescription refill was faxed to them on 7/16/2023 not 7/19/2023 as I was told. They had 5 business days to send the prescription but have chosen not to and now Terra added an additional 5 more business days. Now here I am leaving a review and have been reading other reviews with the same issue. Roadrunner needs to do better. I love my pet and no one should be treated in this manner. Do better Terra. I left message for Amy. Will be waiting for her call.

I called road runner June 7, requested a refill, and gave them my credit card info. It is now June 26th and I am out of my dogs medication. When I called to check on the prescription status, they said they are out of stock. Roadrunner has gone soooo far down hill since being bought out. It is so sad because Roadrunner WAS such a great pharmacy. Time to find a new one. F U Covectris or whatever you call yourself. You have terribly ruined a good thing ?

Unfortunately, there is a direct connection with our banfield vet.It is absurd that our dogs ear medication has taken 4, 6, and now another 4 weeks to receive his medicine! As his ears and overall illness have gotten worse each time we wait! Now, we have a tracking number that doesnt work. If this was a human ear infection, youd be sued!
