Overall experience wasn’t the best! The vehicles aren’t good quality, with windows that don’t even close all the way up and lot of cosmetic issues.
Me and my spouse ended up going to another bigger dealership Echopark in Avondale with better outcome and service and good quality cars that are good in warranty .

After paying $19000.00 for a Jeep Wrangler, I still had to pay for the repairs needed at time of delivery. $1200.00 for a brake controller module. I did ask them to correct the problem and nothing. No phone call saying hey, we can help you. Instead, I paid the money to get my jeep fixed with no help from Robles Used Cars.. The best thing is now, I don't have to deal with them ever again. $1200.00 well invested..... thanks for letting us down!!!

Would not recommend. Gave me his word the frame wasn’t bent despite the title.
Had it up at a local dealer getting fluid flushes and they found the frame was dented, and the alignment slots for alignments were cut. Lesson learned. As of now it’s pending a level 3 state inspection and getting attorneys involved. And should’ve looked at their reviews in advanced. Apparently I’m not the first and doubt I’ll be the last.

Worst dealership I’ve dealt with in the valley in the past 40 years. I bought a truck that was totally abused by the owners son. He had said it had zero issues which proved to be a flat out lie. It needed a new engine and had transmission issues. They refused to help out and was at a complete loss. I payed close to $40,000 cash and was told it was it great shape with zero problems. Be extremely careful with dealing with this place.

Worst customer service I was outside waiting to be helped for a good 40 minutes and no one came to help, I even went to the office and they didn’t welcome me.
