Randomly walked in while heading to H&M for business casual clothes for an upcoming event. I walked out with beautiful pieces that were perfect for a business event! The black suit dresses were made with fabric that laid perfectly on me, for such great prices. I never even stopped into H&M.
So many beautiful gems in this boutique. Laura helped me pick out pieces that worked perfect for my body type that I would never have picked myself. She even zipped all of the pieces for me and gave me tips on how to wear them with specific bras. I am so grateful for her help. If you need a nice dress or business clothing made with quality fabric, and great customer service, don’t pass this place by. I would 10/10 recommend.

I bought the cutest dress from this shop and was so excited to wear it—until the fragile zipper got stuck halfway the first time I tried it on. I never even got the chance to wear it. The receipt clearly states they don’t offer refunds (only exchanges or store credit), which I understand as it’s a small business. I walked in just 5 minutes ago to exchange it and explained the situation. While they were checking the receipt and the dress, I was browsing for something else, hoping to find a replacement.
I was honestly shocked when they told me they couldn’t accept the dress because it was damaged. Nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about that exception. I was beyond disappointed. I handed the bag back and told them to just throw the dress away. I’ve never felt so dismissed as a customer.
BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.

I’ve literally never been able to find a fancy pair of shoes I like that fit me but I was very joyfully lead too the perfect pair of boots on sale and am now happily 4inchs taller and in possession of some good fitting demonias 🖤🖤

Skye is wonderful!! She helped me find a really cute and affordable dress for a wedding! I am so picky at times and I felt so comfortable, never like I was a bother! I don’t shop a lot for clothes but when I need something in a pinch I know I can always find something here! The cutest clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry, purses OMG I love it here all the mama stuff is so adorable! Can’t wait to come back and treat myself to a little birthday shopping spree! So fun! Highly recommend for girls weekend!!!

I’m starting this off with saying, that I am not one to complain nor leave reviews on google with a low-rating. I want to begin with the fact that I received an item as a gift for Christmas from Rolling Rack Boutique from a family member. I called multiple times to this exact store and explained the situation on how I simply wanted to exchange the item I received, and explained it was a seasonal item! I was told I could bring it over, and it would be used towards an item in the store. I live about 45 minutes away from the nearest location, but didn’t find it an issue as I was told this would be done. I came in, and was immediately told, “yes!” happily by a very nice employee. I spent an hour in this store as there was so many cute items, I was actually going to spend even more than the gift was even priced at. I had two items I was checking out on, only credited $20, and was going to end up spending $80 towards this small business. After an hour of looking for items, trying things on in the fitting room, I was told right at check out that the owner said “no.” I even tried explaining that I would buy more items just if she credited the $19.50. She again said no, that it couldn’t be done. What a shame, I wasn’t asking for a refund, just simply a credit and they could still sell the item as I saw they were still putting the same sweatshirt on the racks. I wish I was told no from the start; instead I drove out almost an hour from my home, spent an hour at this shop, and got my hopes up after my arm was filled with two really cute items EACH priced at $50. I’m not going to sit here and say these items aren’t worth my money as I respect a small business, as I’m also a small business owner. However, I will never allow greed and money hungry motivates to take over my own. Again, a simple “no” from the start would’ve been fine. Yet, I’m walking out feeling sad and disappointed as I was shopping and trying clothes on for an entire 45 minutes to an hour. I wish I was mad, just purely sad and shocked in people.

Do not bring young children, they clearly do not want children in their store even if they are well behaved, the ladies were super rude and made you feel awful.

Terrible Experience ,first time I purchased in the store. $96.65 for a medium size travel bag.
learned to find out that I didn't need it. On the receipt It says I have 15 days to return it , 6-days later I go into the store and tell the Assistant manager. She says cannot do returns Or exchanges for Accessories. I wasn't told this and is NOT on my receipt.
Actually it says on the receipt , exchange policy We only offer store credit for returns within 15 days.
I expect at least to get refund in the store. They have terrible customer service for their product.
Just because I was upset and expressed how wrong this is She replied ... you need to leave Pointing her finger at me.
What kind of service is this?
I Definitely will not recommend anyone to go shop there.
I'll stick with my bigger names stores , you will be More satisfied because they stand behind and back up they're merchandise and I want a returning customer.

Love this store so much! Not only are the clothes adorable and amazing but Laura the store manager is fantastic! She went above and beyond to be so helpful, happy and kind. My friend and I bought some adorable pieces and found out Laura is even a seamstress, when she told me the dress I purchased, had brand new elastic put in by herself. I’ll continue to keep coming back here. Very please!

Great Clothes but Poor Management-
At Rolling Rack Boutique, the clothes are undeniably stylish and unique, and if you don't run into any issues, you'll likely have a pleasant experience. However, that's where the good ends.
The real test of a store is how it handles problems, and Rolling Rack Boutique fails miserably, especially due to its inept management team. When an issue arises—such as a defective item—their Regional Manager was incapable of handling the situation effectively. How do I know she's the regional manager...because every time I ask to speak to another manager or her boss she kept responding; "I am the Regional Manager". Instead of de-escalating or offering solutions, the regional manager's go-to response was, "I'm sorry, I can't help you. This is our policy". This is unacceptable for any business, let alone one that claims to be customer-oriented.
A store that doesn't know how to manage its customers or resolve issues, aside from calling security, should reconsider its existing management team and their suitability to the leadership role.
Furthermore, their policy on final sales is deeply flawed. Allowing a 15-year-old to sign off on a final sale contract, especially when using a parent's credit card, without ensuring the parent is aware, is irresponsible. In my case, my daughter was sold a defective item, which should have been pointed out by the sales clerk. I was in the fitting room at the time of purchase so this could have easily been accomplished. This policy needs to be revised to ensure that parents are fully informed before finalizing any purchase.
So, while Rolling Rack Boutique has great clothing, their management’s inability to handle issues and their flawed sales policies make it a store I cannot recommend.
Proceed with caution, and pray you don't have any problems, because they certainly won't help you solve them.

Edit :Laura lied said they did returns within 15 days NOT TRUE. They offer an exchange or GIFT CARD. I specifically pointed to their sign and mentioned it she said “ oh no we offer refunds”
Laura was the biggest help and styled me so well and heard all my concerns!! We will definitely be back. Check out the cute hat bar also!!

Walked in with my 3 year old who was asking “what’s this?” to a few things to us, his parents. It was dead and the worker decides to say “ I wish that kid would shut the F up”. Great work force they have. Highly recommend not going
Edit on 07/21: meant to put “my wife walked in around 7pm. The worker was talking to an older gentlemen with grey hair. I’won’t respond to the hateful and incorrect words towards my character until you check the video. Also, please check my reviews. To think I took time to lie about about what happened would be quite strange and not worth my time. However, having an employee verbally tell another person that a 3 year old should “shut the F up” is worth my time.
This has nothing to with a woman owned business or anything even remotely close. This is because an employee doesn’t know how to filter their thoughts.

Stopped in after visiting their Sedona location. Laura was amazing and I found the cutest outfit. I plan to continue to shop here after such a great experience at both locations.
