SHOUTOUT TO BRAYDEN THE MAINTENANCE GUY!!! He went above and beyond to help me when I stupidly threw my keys into the trash chute, lol. KEEP THIS GUY!!! Many others would just write it off and say “whoops we looked but can’t find them.” Everlastingly grateful for his kindness and good heart. And obviously a huge thanks to ALL of the front desk staff and RoPo who are AMAZING and extremely accommodating to all of their residents, even me. :) Live here!

Kevin is phenomenal. Let me tell you… Everywhere else that’s I’ve ever lived, they always dismissed issues and never made us feel like we were meant to be there. Now Here!!! Thanks to Kevin responding literally 3mins after I posted my request threw me for a loop. In a good way of course. Took care of the issue without breaking a sweat. Barely said anything to him and he already knew. He just made home feel even more like home. Thank you Kevin!!!

The new staff has been great help Ty was patient and made me feel important not just business. Kevin the maintenance supervisor was busy and still made time to answer some questions. Definitely feel at home here!

I’m loving Ropos new management team and maintenance team! They’ve been more than accommodating when it comes to my requests. The front staff is friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I might have. An if they don’t have an answer for me at the moment they will get one and get back to me, which I really appreciate.
Kevin and his crew have been killing it! Even with their busy schedule they still find time to come and see anything I might have an issue with! Doing follows ups is a big thing for me and Kevin has no problem keeping me in the loop. I’ve been at RoPo for a little over 4 yrs now and I’m really happy with the changes that have been made!
The new team is a breath of fresh air for sure! I’m excited to see what else they have in store for the property! Thanks again for helping me out Ropo!
