If I had a choice to give them a minus (-) 10 stars I would give them that, you’ll typically find the worse trained employees that have zero knowledge of basic customer service, talking among them about their personal lives, ignoring you while you’re paying -zero greeting, rude lack of basic education, sort of like gangsters; trust me I’m not exaggerating, they’re so rude, they yell at you on your face “WERE CLOSING!” chasing you 20 mins prior to closing, harassing you, trying to annoy you or trigger you; you keep your composure until it becomes too much the harassment, you let them know: I acknowledge that you’re about to close, I need to grab one more item, I will head to the cash register, I heard you, they literally start laughing.
I have never ever have been treated like that anywhere else, I will never step into a Ross ever in my life.
I will place a formal complain to their upper Management
I’m so disgusted!

Ross is my favorite store to shop...You can never go wrong looking through the clearance rack. I always find something inexpensive. Should I say, the household dept is very nice also.

Love Ross! Love the selection here BUT... they don't care if there are 10 people in line waiting to check out... they will still only have one employee as cashier. SUCKS! I see employees on the floor but not checking me out.

I recently visited the Ross Clothing store located at 32nd St and Indian School, hoping to find some good deals. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was appalling. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping customers. When I asked for assistance, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. Additionally, the store was disorganized, making it difficult to find items. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff at this location. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
