The lines were long and I had to wait for 30 minutes to pay for my shirt. There was only a registers open out of 12 and employees just standing around.

Decent enough for clothes but the selection for ladies collared business shirts is downright awful- only 3 to choose from?! And the sneaker designs available for my size aren’t the best- way too girly ones. I managed to get a few good deals for my parents gifts but the checkout lines are way too long on a Monday! Been to other Ross’ dress for less and this is one of the weaker ones.

We saw the ad regarding the 49 cent SALE day this morning. We hurried, got ready and went to see what it was all about. We were so excited. When we got there, the line wrapped around the store, probably 50+ people with full carts. So we proceeded throughout the whole store not finding one item for 49 cents , NOT ONE THING. This is just a sales gimmick to get people into the store. Everyone waiting in line had carts stuffed full of stuff you can get any day of the week for the same price. This is Completely FALSE advertising. i like Ross, and I think you can get good deals if you look really hard but this $.49 sale- it's a total scam just to get you in there, nothing more.😕

In the day Ross was the place to go for good prices on relatively good quality clothing and quality colognes&perfumes. But now it's more like bargain basement selling its odds and ends at bargain basement "clearance" day without the bargain basement clearance prices.

This particular ross decided to have security put a violation parking thing on my scooter. They saw me when I got off my scooter. They could have found me and said hey, you caunt park there. I don't shop in this area often. Because of this irritating warning they left on my property, I will no longer shop at this store location. They lost a good customer but oh well. I had to chase down security to find out why that was on my scooter. I didn't know they stopped people from parking bikes on the side of store building. Like I said before, they lost of good customer

The bad thing is that they adapted the Costco and SAMS system, they make you waste your time counting the items you paid for 🤷♀️

This is tyranny at its finest employee bags items hands them to customer, customer takes 4 steps then is cit off by security to check a bag that was literally jus bagged by the store employee so why is every customer being treated like a criminal and why is security dressed up like swat and physically blocking people from leaving store until they have checked the bag there employee bagged
