I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I walked in this afternoon, had to use the bathroom and got told they didn’t have a bathroom?? Well I’m sorry I’m 8 months pregnant and didn’t appreciate walking to Walmart to use the restroom.

I love Ross but not today. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM!! Gave the homeless man outside the door $10 because I did not spend a dime in this store. I will not purchase from a Ross that won't allow you to use their RESTROOM while shopping. You guys saved me at least a Benjamin today, I had a full cart. Thanks😁

I take a scooter everywhere I don't really know how they want you to show up if you have a backpack I don't know the difference between that and a purse either so it's just kind of weird I have my coach wallet in there. My medication. My glasses. My gloves. And they're all very expensive I'm not going to leave them at the front with somebody I don't know it's probably not going to watch it so I guess I won't be shopping at Ross.

I grew up going here as a kid. I wouldn't blame my guardian to love ross as much as I do. As a kid, I did enjoy the toys there, but I remember buying some Lego set years ago. I got to build it with my dad. There were missing pieces in the box, so of course, it had to be returned. Honestly, it made me cry. i don't know how I still remember that till this day. Then there was another time. Went with my mom again here! It was around the afternoon and spent here all the way till dark. (FYI, this happened years ago) had to call my dad to pick me up because who knows how long my mom spends there? I was getting tired and didn't want to come back anymore. Sometimes, when I come here, I mention that story to my mom, and she would laugh

Very messy. I know most Ross stores can be messy but this one was just beyond the normal standard even for Ross. Security was so busy watching me do my shopping he failed to see a lady who was obviously shoplifting. Nice to be noticed but this was creepy.

One of security guards kept screaming at me for no reason I found out she accuses of many people of stealing she deserves to be fired and her job is unprofessional. She’s the woman with glasses. There’s only three security guards. White girl that is chubby and one with curly guy

This Ross is the worst ever, I loved shopping there till today the cashier on register 1 was the rudest ever I read her name as Diane I was asking her a question and she ignored me and was on her phone the entire time. Worse customer service ever would never recommend
