Stopped in and to return some shoes that didn't work out, were very uncomfortable and hurt my feet and the cashier graciously refunded me. Thank you for the great customer service.

The cashier name Evelyn with redhead was so rude and unpleasant. I can’t believe the way she talks to customers. I watched her closely and not only she was rude to me but she was unprofessional and unpleasant to other customers.

I went to a Ross location today and purchased two items a tarp for $9.99 and a box of cookies for $2.99. When I ask for the receipt the cashier said she’d already given it to me I looked anywhere on myself and my purse where I would’ve put a receipt and I did not have one. the guard at the door said Well I have one here that will look good for the camera. And he handed me this receipt which I did not look at at the time. After I got home, I had an alert from my bank that I have been charged $75.13 at Ross at 3:20 PM. I was in there more like at 1 PM and when I found the receipt that the guard had given me at the door it is for $125. I am not sure what’s going on but my charge should have been less than $15 and it was $75.13 When I called the store I was told I would have to call back tomorrow for a manager to get this straightened out. Feels like I have been scammed.

Whenever I need home goods I always try Ross first. I usually find different things, not always on the first visit, but I keep looking. They have quality merchandise at a good price, and everyone is so helpful and friendly. They are stringent about security, but I don't mind showing my receipt at the door, I always feel safe here.

So now Ross has turned into Costco you have to show your receipt at the door even though they are standing right there watching you pay. I won't be back.

Hi. Ron here. I am always participating in reviews on places in which I visit. Due to working at Ross Dress for Less, I was very surprised to see this review request pop up on my phone. So...let the truth be known... this place is an awesome place to work and shop. Our associates, supervisors/managers, and corporate leaders are an inspiration to our customers and our community as a whole. This location seems to be the most dedicated and community friendly store in our region. People love to be here; to browse /to shop /and to share with their families and friends our great products, prices, and uniquely outstanding customer service. I give a special shout out to our entire Ross team.
