I typically dread going into Ross, but this location wasn’t too bad. The store had good merchandise options to choose from, shelves were t overflowing and a mess, and I was able to find something I’d been looking for days. Pr ones are fair of course, and for one of the first times ever the service line to checkout actually moved quickly. The employee at the counter was kind and I was in and out in no time. Negative for me were no other employees greeted me in the store. I passed three in different areas and though she contact was made not even a hello was said.

I went in to buy a couple items. Unfortunately I looked for someone to help me. I couldn't find any associates. Also when I went to check out there was only one cashier. So the line was huge.

Store always smells very bad. Poor selection and even worse customer service. This location is very disappointing.

One of the laziest employees store ever. I called to ask about a certain item and right away an associate told me they don’t have it. Even her tone didn’t sound so sure. She was so lazy to ask someone through her walkie to check on the item. Her two legs are wasted on her.

I go to this Ross a lot and I always find something good there and I always get helped by an associate named Savannah and I’ve met two really nice managers I think Ashley and Jessica are their names but I really like that Ross
