3-day only sale surprises this store. I went on the first day of the three-day sale. I couldn't see a place on the shelf where the item ought to be. I asked the meat dept associate where the sale item was, and he said "in the warehouse, 70 miles away." Their ad got me in, their absolute inattention to honoring their ads will keep me away for another 3 months. Safeway relies on customers who don't mind higher prices and lower truth in adverting.

Safeway needs to open up both entrance sides so ppl can go thru both doors not just one, isn't that why you guys originally made the doors for?! If ppl are stealin why not get you some security guards..

Clean with great staff. One of the best wine sections. Bakery and deli were well staffed and offered a wide selection of items.

Usually I'd give my local Safeway a 5-star review but today at self-checkout I needed help so employee Christy checked me out...and she was putting all answers to the questions with all these positive things instead of using the "skip" button and finally I said something to her because it was ridiculous. Please train your employees to not insert themselves on my payment screen (at her self-checkout desk!!) So bizarre.

My husband bought me a $49 orchid before Xmas . 2 days later the blooms were falling out ! So I returned it with my receipt . I never had intention of returning it and had changed the pot when I got it ! We had a much prettier pot for it ! The Orchid had the decoration made by Safeway employee in gold sparkle ! The flower manager recognized it !! But one of her employée made a big deal about the return it was frankly embarrassing. She insinuated that the orchid even with receipt could have come from somewhere else !! So I was given a credit ??? I would have gotten an other orchid but they were sold out of the large ones !!! For 23 years I have shop that store and not returned a thing but I never again will shop for flowers at Safeway !!! Too many other store to shop at ...... What a shame !!!

This store needs to do better as far as keeping it well stocked. So many times I go in and they are out of stuff. Even on Wednesday, the day they run their sales ad, you go in and they don't have what they just advertised. So frustrating and a waste of time! I'm going to start driving a little further down Greenway to the next Safeway because they are better stocked.

I just experienced one of the most frightening and threatening grocery shopping events I've had. After spending $200+ at the neighborhood store, I was called a "CXUN!" by an overly pierced and rude, angry clerk who told me all the check out aisles were closed because of their long work days. I told her I was more than happy to complete my self check out and I can relate to 14-hour days. No worries here. She continued to call me other names, for reasons unknown, and told me she was the customer service manager, so no need to report her or ask for more help. Thankfully, I have the entire experience recorded. However, I'm beyond disappointed as I have enjoyed other clerks who were delightful, for a few years, who happened to not be working tonight. That being said, while we enjoy overpaying for garbage product selection and grossly overpriced, junk produce, I will NEVER tolerate being physically threatened and humiliated by name calling I do not deserve. So happy for the Safeway organization to be enjoying their rich profits while grossly disappointing your neighbors. I'll go back to Fry's, regardless of the dark parking lots and slightly farther distance.

Very disappointed with this location, I like to stop by here for lunch often but they are extremely inconsistent with having hot food ready, sometimes it's 1030am and sometimes it's not until late afternoon (if at all). I will be avoiding this location in the future as it's a 50/50 if the wings or other hot foods are ready for lunch. Such a shame as I enjoy it when it's actually available.

Kroger pay wasn't working and when we asked for assistance the worker gave us an immediate attitude, was very disrespectful. Didn't try to help solve the problem just repeating the same thing over and over in a very condescending and aggressive way.

The manager, Joe, is exceedingly rude and unwilling to address any problems. He could definitely use an attitude adjustment.

This store has a broken or malfunctioning digital coupon system. On two different occasions, we were overcharged over $30 on our sale items. In addition to errors at the time of checkout, the customer service makes errors fixing the overages. We are walking out today with them still owing us $4 after getting a partial refund of $32. It's really sad when you make mistakes fixing errors. If you shop here, double-check your receipts! Sadly, the employees are aware of the problem but take no action on trying to resolve it. When we asked the cashier if everything rang up okay, he said yes and sent us on our way. Over 10 of our 15 items were rang up wrong! We will not be shopping at this Safeway again!

Safeway has lost my $350 weekly business over the return of bottled tea return! Store could not pull up purchase I made on Friday with my phone number linked to purchase. I went home and dug receipt out of trash and taped it together forcing the return and Otis the manager shouldn't be managing turtles let alone this store! I recommend going down the street to Smart & Final for better customer service or Fry's over Safeway store #2097. I never return anything but the tea said no artificial flavors and with my magnifying glass at home first ingredient is Stevia and it was gross so I returned 3 unopened 6 pks. They lost my pharmacy business too! All over what should have been a simple return!
