Very reliable, well-informed staff.Staff are always kind, even when they are busy. They are willing to answer questions within reason to help me stay healthy. Safeway as a corporation is not kind, but this is the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with.

Don’t get your prescriptions here they have terrible service here they are so rude omg and they lose medications here and not to mention they don’t run your insurance correctly they say they do and they make you pay for medication they your insurance company could have paid and covered it it’s so horrible here they lie and don’t return your money either they are lazy they won’t even run the second insurance because there lazy plain and simple they should all be fired the bold short guy with a beard is rude and lazy I only seen two nice guys and it’s been on the weekends I think it’s because they worked only to cover somebody or they work weekends but they are so nice good customer service they even said happy birthday too me and they didn’t have too so sweet but anyways the rest of them they suck horrible at customer service

I refilled my medication online but it never showed up. I was told that my medication had not been mailed because the post-office never came to pick it up over 5 business days. The online platform had stated it had shipped and was on the way. The person on the phone did not care whatsoever, did not apologize, or even recognize that this was an inconvenience and could possibly have poor outcomes on my health. 10/10 do not recommend this pharmacy as their staff does not care and their online platform/app is terrible.

The worker Carlee at the Starbucks was beyond amazing. She has excellent customer service and answered all of my questions with a smile and wonderful attitude.

Several times I have shopped digital deals that were not priced as so at checkout. It's happened so many times and each time I catch the error prompting me to have checkout assistance to correct it or go to customer service for credits owed to me. I'm concerned that customers aren't catching it and getting ripped off. Safeway management must know about this problem and yet it persists. There is definitely something wrong with their digital software. I do not trust Safeway.

Excellent customer service today. Jake was very thoughtful as he bagged up my items and very pleasant as well. I also have to say that the coupons and selection of items was excellent today as well. Great shopping experience.

I am always so happy to shop at this Safeway location because of its impeccable organization and cleanliness along with the pleasant and knowledgeable staff. In a world that feels stressed out for most of us, it's so wonderful to go to a store where I feel valued as a patron. This is definitely the best Safeway in the city of Phoenix.
