The pharmacy is very slow at getting prescriptions out for over a year. Previously, there was 2 pharmacist and an assistant that were quick at getting out prescriptions and very friendly. All of them knew your name and greeted you. Since they left the Pharmacy has gone downhill.

Horrible wait times for a prescription refill. Husband put in a prescription renewal on Sunday 3/16/25 and today 3/19/25 finally got a text that it is ready for pick up. Let’s hope it will be ready….. If you can use another pharmacy.

They always split my prescription in half that they fill one and leave me without the other. This screws up my doctors orders plus they don't care and it takes a week to get the other and they discussed my case in public while shoppers walked by because I was upset that this has happened four months in a row sin̈ce I moved here. I love the store and the people that work here but the pharmacy is a flop. To many reviews are not sincere. It seems they lack a basic understanding with this veteran of the usaf.

Best pharmacy team ever! All of the pharmacy techs are fabulous! So friendly and personable. They always remember me and my family. I appreciate their commitment to providing the best experience. The pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and always available for any questions. I never wait long. The app makes things easy and the team makes sure I am getting all my medicines in a timely manner. Thank you!

The pharmacy overcharged me for my prescription. I had been getting my prescription with at $20.60 deductible from Centerwell and Safeway charged me $30.00. I was going to change but not now. I contacted Centerwell just to make sure what their deductible was. They said that Safeway's deductible should be $21. Funny this Safeway charged more than the advertised.

I used to love this the pharmacy when Lisa was the pharmacist! The new pharmacist is not helpful at all I truly feel she goes out of her way to be as difficult as possible and her ignorance is shocking! How many times are you going to give customers an apology gift card before you learn to do your job! Do better Safeway do better!

The pharmacy tech, I believe his name is Alex - was extremely helpful to me. I really appreciate his effort & not being judgemental. I was having a difficult time getting a prescription, and he was the only person who tried to understand, listen, & help me. I switched my RXs to Safeway going forward. He continued to call me back with updates while remaining respectful, friendly, & honest. Thank you for treating me like a human.I hope I can continue to use this pharmacy going forward, as you treat your patients with respect. Thank you Alex & Safeway!

I have been to this Safeway location on different days of the week, and it does not matter what day it's been they are always out of items I need, in particular, dairy (i.e. milk, half and half). I always choose to avoid the hustle and bustle of fry's so I prefer Safeway but it's very frustrating to not find what you need only to have to go another grocery store especially when you are in a hurry. In addition, their cashiers are not friendly or helpful whatsoever, which is another huge downfall. I'll save myself some time and just go to frys in the future.

Not sure what happened to the old staff...they were fast, friendly, knew you by name. Second time with this new crew. First 20 min. I'm literally standing in line, 30 minutes. They have 4 people...and and 10x slower. I'm sure they are all under paid, and could care less. We get what we pay for. Low wage, slow, and don't care labor...while big pharma makes big money.
