Do Not go to the Safeway at Bell & 35th Ave, with 5 monutes or less to 10p, because they will already be closed. I opened the door, and the manager said everything was already closed out and shut down. Some may think it is petty to say anything, but if your doors and app say you don't close until 10p, then you shouldn't be already shut down before it is actually 10p. Unfortunately, I didn't get the pm managers name for 3/17/25, but he stinks.

I had a prescription sent here for the first time due to new insurance. Tried calling after a couple of days to verify it was ready for pickup. After getting through the automated system, I was immediately put on an extended hold. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Best pharmacy I've used. Never have to call and ask for refill. They are on tops of things and have it ready days before I need it.

Love both pharmacists. They're super sweet and always go above and beyond to help.

They don't answer their phone. They lose prescriptions called by physicians to voice mail. They are probably understaffed.

Everytime I place my prescription for delivery, there’s an issue. Everytime I call I’m always rudely put on hold without being acknowledged. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because it’s considered a “gold tier” with my insurance.

My Dr called in my antibiotic i desperately needed for mastitis on Friday before noon, I didn’t hear from them so I called Saturday at 11 and they told me that they wouldn’t have it until Monday. I am very frustrated that they didn’t let me know they wouldn’t have my antibiotic for 3 days when I needed to start it the same day. I am deathly ill and it’s affecting my breast milk supply to feed my infant.

It looks like a nice store but the ready to grab deli sandwiches are aweful. Last week I got a tuna on croissant and the croissant was hard and tuna was dry. Ok, went back to try a ham and Swiss on pretzel roll, bread was hard and gross, wilted lettuce, old cheese and old ham. Gross. I work nearby and thought I'd try this instead of fast food when I don't have time to bring lunch. Sadly, will not return to the deli. $6 for an inedible sandwich, waste of money:(

I am not always pleased with the attitudes that are displayed most the customers are using the pharmacy because they have health issues that can make it hard to go to store to begin with pharmacy staff, please remember your customers are usually ill and need compassion.

Religious fanatical pharmacist by the name of Samantha will refuse to refill your prescriptions based on her "personal convictions", but instead of saying so, she will come up with some "ingenious" line such as "it's too early per insurance." (Mind that the prescription wasn't even covered per insurance to begin with). When Fry's pharmacy called to transfer the prescription she LIED to them and said there is no refills left, because she feels so strong about the medication that SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO GET IT, NOT FROM HER AND NOT FROM A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. Beware people that use medications stigmatized by zealots, this is not a friendly pharmacy. It would've sufficed for her to say, I will fill the medication on day XYZ, but instead she and her tech went overboard lying about insurance. If you get a prescription for an "over the counter" medication they won't even bother to check if your insurance will pay for it (some plans cover over the counter stuff), never mind calling your doctor to get something that is covered, if you need a Prior Authorization, better forget about it or do it yourself.Zero advocacy for the patient.
