I have had great experiences in this store. I actually enjoy shopping instead of dreading it. The last safeway I frequented was in winslow az and the team there are rude and unfriendly. The one in moon valley is a breath of fresh air! The team is always nice and smiling and willing to help. And the pharmacy people are truly empathetic and understanding as well! Thank you!

I started using Safeway drive up and go they gave me $30 off my first $75 order and then this week they gave me 10% off my order and they're quick I only had one outage on the first order. I like their service.

Every week the store ads come out and this store is in stock w nothing. It's a waste of customers time, money and gas. Get your inventory together before you have any sales!! Definitely won't be shopping here anymore. This happens almost every week

I’ve had a few customer service encounters that have been good here but my last experience here was a little bizarre. I came into the store to purchase seafood for dinner and I had forgot my wallet at home. I had asked if I could use Apple Pay and the cashier told me yes. After multiple attempts, it didn’t work so he suggested in front of a line of people it was probably because I had “no funds”……yikes. Was absolutely not the case but all I could do was go get my card. I asked if they could refrigerate my seafood while I drove home to get my wallet. After returning to get my seafood with my card, I waited 25min and they lost my food so I had to go back to the butcher and order again. While waiting, I heard another customer complain about their Apple Pay never working. A different cashier even acknowledged it never worked so kind of odd I was accused of not having “funds” when it seems like common knowledge at this store that their Apple Pay simply just doesn’t work. An embarrassing and tiring situation, nonetheless there are still a few good people here and it’s a very clean store.

Nothing makes me want to shop at my neighborhood grocery store more than watching the woman who just served 4 people food walk outside and smoke a cigarette right by the front door and I'm assuming she probably doesn't wash her hands very often very disappointing safe way but honestly after meeting the "woman" in charge this isn't surprising
