Second time now where this store has just decided to not process a delivery order that I’ve placed. It’s been a whole runaround from the store and the corporate customer service line with zero actual resolution.

Bakery needs to put out more take and bake Italian bread I would appreciate that. Deli ,wing bar needed to be refreshed for the people trying to get some non dried up wings ! Customer service was on point front end good job on the self check out.

I use the pharmacy here and when Lisa was the pharmacist it was amazing! So I didn’t mind the higher prices and would shop at this Safeway all the time. The new pharmacist is absolutely horrible and goes out of her way to make everything more difficult but it’s ok she gives you a store gift card for $15 and that makes everything all better! NOT! I have had to go days without my meds because they don’t know their head from a whole in the ground! Safeway store seems to have gone way down as well this location the cashiers and workers are completely over their job and really don’t care about you or customer service! The parking lot is loaded with homeless and beggars and if you don’t give them money they get violent and Safeway does nothing. It’s a shame I now drive 30 minutes to do my shopping at fry’s in chandler management at this location needs to do better with the staff and first and fore most get a competentPharmacist.

OCT 11,2023There milk so pricy 5.99 and expired tried telling everyone at store nobody cared tried calling after i. Got home almost all the milk is dated to oct 2 or 4 SMH BE CAREFUL WHIT WHAT YOU BUY PEOPLE

Love this store but your flower girl with the green hair clearly hates her job! One of your other associates said people complain about her often and agreed that she is rude. So why keep her in this department OH AND I hear she is supposedly a manager lol ok I think she may need to be retrained. We buy flowers here and it’s supposed to be a nice and happy experience to buy for our loved ones and sometimes it’s for a sad and tragic time but than we come across a person who is so unhappy and always has a mad face on her and she makes you feel as if your bothering her day. How do you think that makes us feel.

1st time ever at a Safeway. Walked around for half an hour and grabbed a few things. When it came time to check out.... I told register girl there it was my first time there with a smile... her response was like a shrug! I got the vibe she hates her job. I was about to tell her how clean her store is... but right away I got the point. So now for payment , I asked about their rewards program. She asked me to download an app on my phone . Unfortunately I wasn't prepared to download ant apps... and there was already people in line behind me. I asked her if I can do it a different way and right away said no.What upset me was the question that followed.... " so do you want me to cancel everything or do you want me to wait until you download the app and sign up?"I responded with " there are people in line and I feel bad if they need to wait a few mins for this ".Right away she asks her coworker to put all food back.At this point I felt like I just wasted 30 mins of my time there and walked out. Her attitude was terrible. If she would have been friendly from the hello... I would have asked cancel and I wait on the side of register until app is downloaded. Her being so pushy as to DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT isn't gonna work for me.I will never go to a Safeway store again.

I wish they had more employees for checkout and costume service. It shouldn't take 30 mins or more to fix a pricing error! But at least the store is clean unlike FRYS

I shop here due to continence. The shelves have not been fully stocked since COVID.Never enough checkers. I buy serious groceries. I m not scanning my own groceries. I'll go elsewhere

Always busy. Self check is only 4. So, if your in a hurry go elsewhere. Usually only one or 2 checkout lanes too. Not good. But I will say frys is no better except they have more self check stations.

I went to the deli department..... The workers,coo.. the manager that walked n all rude, not coo... The food, all I can say is; ON POINT!....THANK YOU DELI DEPARTMENT, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.....

The inside of the store was fairly clean except for the restrooms, the staff was very friendly, and the store was well stocked.
