If I could give zero stars trust me, I would. My mother passed away over a year ago and was in a care facility, after a year of my mother's passing, I found out that Saliba's was still billing her insurance for her medications. They did not verify that she was deceased, instead they kept sending her medication and billing her insurance. They contacted me to see if I would pay the remaining copay?! I will not pay the remaining copay and you should have never received any reimbursement from my mother's insurance, especially since she had passed away!

This pharmacy acts like they are there to help the elderly. They are only there b/c they found a niche business to line their own pockets & to rip off unsuspecting family members who do not know there are less expensive options. I have spoken to them over and over to not prescribe branded medication, only generic, yet they continue to add branded more expensive meds. Once they send them out, you cannot return them & then you find out the bill and the cost has gone up significantly and you are stuck paying it. You look at the bill and they have prescribed a branded Med or sent out meds the patient no longer uses.

I manage a large senior living community in the valley and we have made the decision to transition to Saliba's. Our experience from the day we met John and his team has been wonderful and top notch. The support and communication throughout the transition has been flawless, always available for questions and willing to assist even with the minor details. We are excited for our partnership with Saliba's, definitely the way to go! Thank you John and team for all do you.

After a comparison with average prices of pharmacy drugs I see that they price gouge the elderly with prices 3 to 4 times higher than anyone else. There must be some sort of kickback going on or they just have huge margins. The elderly and Medicare probably dont notice so I think it shameful to charge the vulnerable and fixed income population soooo much.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. I had to place my grandmother in a care home and was told I had to use Saliba's Pharmacy or pay a $200 monthly fee. With no other affordable options, I signed her up and the first medication she received (a medication for her pain) was COMPLETELY WRONG. I caught the error and called Saliba's. The woman I spoke to is absolutely the rudest woman I've ever encountered.She acted as though fixing their mistake was an inconvenience! They corrected their mistake the next day , but what was prescribed and what my grandmother received were two completely different medications. This first mistake and awful customer service was a tell-tale sign for what was to come.I received the 1st months bill for my grandmother's meds and everything was marked up to astronomic levels. This is NOT an exaggeration, they marked up 30 tablets of aspirin over 3000%!!!! The fact that I was told I HAD TO use Saliba's Pharmacy is extremely suspicious and makes me wonder if this place is offering care homes money to force people to use their pharmacy. This place needs to be investigated by the state board and SHUT DOWN!I have moved my grandmother to a different home that allows us to use whatever service we want so I use Humana now. I honestly hope this awful place that preys on the elderly gets shut down for the safety of the community.

Using this service for my parent in a care facility. We were told we had to use it or pay a $150 fee. Saliba’s billing is consistently wrong every month. I’ve been waiting for over one month for a payment to be credited. They charge enormous amounts for over the counter drugs and when asked to stop supplying otc medications they will not. I am realizing it will be cheaper and less frustrating to pay the fee and go back to using CVS.

My dad's care home uses this pharmacy, so I had no choice. But I'm the one who pays his medical bills, and the billing service Saliba's uses is a disgrace. They send statements out mid-month for the previous month, and payments are due in about 2 weeks. They even sent me a "30 days overdue" letter, referencing the bill I had only received on the previous day. I started mailing them a check the day the bill arrived in my mailbox so they'd receive it and process it by the due date. Given the mail slowdowns that we've all experienced, this is unacceptable. My February statement also neglected to include line items for 2 of the medications my dad takes, although I was charged for them. I've had to make countless phone calls to untangle the ongoing billing mess. The billing supervisor I spoke to was apologetic, and said she was aware of the problems but had no voice to fix them since that was entirely up to management. And I was told that management is also aware of the problems and has been for some time. If you have a choice in pharmacy services, do yourself a favor and avoid this company. You'll save yourself time and headaches.

It's something I suggest to a lot of people. It definitely saved us a lot of money and taught us a lot. Every drug they have is brand new and works well. I was also saved by the discount card. For my medication and health needs, this is a reliable business.

I work for a group home and don't have any problem with saliba. Cycle refill is always on time. Delivery is so quick ( if I call for a refill, I receive the med the same day) customer service is on point and always helpful. Always get the answer to our problem. They are always willing to resend fax or get someone to help u with any issue. Leave a call back number, they will call me back. Awesome team
