Placed an order at another location for the "As I Am Curl Color" in Emerald Green so I can pick it up after work Because I needed it for a party that same night. It was barely 7pm but online said they closed at 8pm and they were already closed. This was a huge disappointment! Come to find out several locations were closed already because of being short staffed. Finally got ahold of someone at this location and they said they were still open until 8 PM! You guys made my night! Thank you so much to the manager here and I apologize I missed your name but you are great! My new go to location when shopping at Sally's.

They need to update hours. This isn’t fair to customers. Closed all day Saturday and Friday.

Poor customer service, the worker told me they got a shipment in today. I asked if she could go look for the item I needed, but was told it's to much to look through. The store wasn't busy and the worker was just leaning on the register. I was the only customer in the store.

Always. Closed. This is the fourth time in a row that I have come here and they are closed during business hours. 3 times between 6-7:30 PM and today at 1:30 P.M., with a sign on the door that says “Closed for lunch”. This is the only Sally’s in the area that does this. If you’re business hours don’t match what’s posted on the door AND internet, then please update it.

They don't follow their store hours. Last night, they were closed when I arrived at 6:13pm. They are supposed to close at 7pm. I just needed to pick up some lash glue.

Brooke at the Bell Rd and Tatum Blvd gets more than five stars from me..She blew me away with exceptional customer service.. Above and beyond.. She's the most knowledgeable associate of products with hair coloring and toning I've met at their stores and I've been a Sally's customer for over 20 years. Thank you Brooke!!

I went there this afternoon.I asked one of the girls a few questions n she could NOT answer anything. Each questionWhether it be about curlers,Blonde hair conditionerEach question was answered with I don't know. The whole time I was in the storeI felt uncomfortable.I asked the one girl that didn't know anything what her name was and she said she was not obligated to give me her name. The other girl kept giving me snarky looks.i had said something to wat a shame that we can't give out our names n she just kept interrupting me.SO VERY RUDE. I have a bad hip which makes me limp. The girls then proceeded to look at one another and laugh at me. I called her on it n she lied about being on her phone. Which she shouldn't b on at work. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. this isn't the first time regarding horrible customer service at that location. I'll drive out of my way before I get insulted again.

Went to this Sally’s, spent 150$, after checking out, the girl at the check out told me there are no bags, when I asked for a box or literally anything else to carry out my purchases as it was too much to carry by myself, she told me “I don’t know what to tell you” when I asked her name she refused to tell me but she has bright pink hair and an unfortunate disposition. no offered help, awful attitude, and frankly incredibly insulting. There are Sally’s all over, avoid this one.

As most of you are aware, covid has brought mass changes to the whole world, and retail stores are among the businesses hit the worst. Short-staffed and high maintenance customers who once believed they could treat employees badly and get away with it have damaged the industry. You get the point. I'm aging. And my hair which for years, I have been so proud of, colour, thickness etc has suffered. I lost my hair stylist to covid, and I'm very cautious after two bad situations I won't go into here, because I want to talk about the ladies who helped me. They were delightful. Nice. Can I repeat again, NICE. Walked in and explained what I wanted, they were knowledgeable, patient and offered all the recommendations available. Again- did I say enough times, nice? They didn't mind my exhausted ramblings that I delivered including proper English. ("These ones"- no-cannot deal). And they set me up. I didn't get their names, but I hope this review gives the manager of the store a wake up to these divine ladies who took the time to ignore my old lady ramblings and just took good care of me. Seriously, thank you.

Terrible customer service from the manager! I went in for a comb, marked $4.99. The very sweet cashier rang it up and it came out to over $9. I let her know the price was wrong so she went and checked. Once she saw the tag, she asked her manager what to do. The manager said there was nothing they could do, even though it was clearly labeled $4.99, I would have to pay the price it rang up at! Absolutely ridiculous. I will get the comb from a different store.

I don't go into Sally Beauty Supply much anymore. Too many episodes of orange hair made me realize my talents lie elsewhere and I now head for a pro. However, during a recent "do you remember?" conversation, we were discussing the apple shampoo that almost every salon used to use twenty years ago. Thinking about that luscious smell and wondering if it was even still made, I stopped by Sally's. After perusing hundreds of shampoos I asked the staff if they knew what I was talking about. Not only did they stock it but she recalled using it in beauty school in the late 80's. Apparently it is gaining a resurgence. I also managed to find a few nail colors I couldn't live without along with some conditioner.Sallys has a lot of good professional quality stuff, things not found elsewhere, and especially if you know what you are doing, this is the place to go. The staff in this store (masked) is friendly and helpful regarding their products. Yes, I've used my shampoo and the smell is as good as the memory. But...there's something about having your hair washed by someone else that just makes it feel better.

Terrible customer service. Asked for help twice and they still wouldn't help. The fat girl with the blonde hair should be fired
