This store shows closing time 8pm, I arrived 15 mins prior & the doors were locked. Very disappointed ☹️

Web says closes at 8pm. Store closes at 7pm. Sure wish I knew that before I drove all the way over there to pick up my order.

Hours on google maps say they close at 8pm. Got to the door of the store at 7 o’clock and it was already closed. Cashier had closed the store before 7pm.

Walked in quickly for essential items and the customer service was wonderful. The ladies gave great suggestions and greeted me with big smiles. Definitely coming back!

i'm surprised this establishment is still running. the imbeciles behind the counter couldn't make change if they took a 12 week course in the matter. how they run an entire POS system throughout a shift is beyond me. if i asked them if they were sentient human beings they probably wouldn't know how to answer the question. i went into this store and wanted to return something without a receipt. i had checked beforehand on the sally's website and was informed that yes, it was indeed possible. my return was 3 different kinds of hair dye. they were black, red, and pink. none of which is the color of my hair. all of which were unopened. the website said hair dye was IN FACT returnable. i went inside i asked about WHAT I ALREADY KNEW WAS POSSIBLE and was subsequently told it was NOT possible without a sally's rewards account. i tried my mine, friends, and her home number in attempt to pull up an old receipt in our accounts even though i already knew it did not exist nor did the part on the sally's website where it said that was required. after being turned away by the girl who may or may not be qualified to even have a job, i called corporate because i felt stupid for misunderstanding THAT terribly. i was then helped by the incredibly kind person on the phone and was given reference number "04335937" for the sally's code of conduct that says that they are supposed to do exactly what i asked. awesome!! i went back the next day with reference number in hand to try to resolve my problem. i was basically scoffed at by the same girl from the previous day and then told by the manager that it was a policy they had in place to stop "dishonest" people (what is that supposed to mean?). okay! i called corporate again because i most definitely was left to feel stupid again and needed to know if what i was asking was misunderstood the last time i called or what. i was once again helped by the most kind and understanding person on the phone who told me in more or less words that the people in that store didn't know what they were doing and just go to the original store i purchased it at. (the first location i went to just had something i needed that the original didn't btw). LOW AND BEHOLD!! this other location could do it without a second thought. SHOUTOUT 16TH ST AND CAMELBACK wish i could personally get hired at the original stores location and work my way up until i got to be general manager and then i would destroy it from the inside out, fire everyone, and sell all of the merchandise on the black market. i personally want to know the name of the employee i had this repugnant encounter with (if you showed her this review she would confess) and i want to sit in on the staff meeting you have when this whole thing is addressed. hopefully my honest feedback brings some justice!!!!!!

The ladies that work here are kind and knowledgeable! I also always love walking into a store where there's lots of vivid hair colors, since I mostly buy hair dye here. Always fun and easy to shop at this location!

Do NOT get advice from staff unless you have the time and money to spend fixing the new issues you will have by doing so! I am going to an VIP Event tonight, The Sports Illustrated Superbowl Event so naturally I want to look my best. I ran up here to either get toner which would have been the cheaper, quicker way of making my hair look Great, or I was going to get a new color, nothing crazy but just to have a newer look. I went with the suggestion of the sales girl as she seemed knowledgeable and took the time to show me what certain colors she recommended would look like on me based off the color of my hair already as is. I wanted to make sure that she was 100% sure that my hair would turn out the color she stated and asked her questions to make sure that I wouldn't need to buy any toner with it, made sure that one bottle would be enough or if I needed to buy two etc. She was so confident in her answers that I believed her, BIG MISTAKE! I called the store in tears after doing EXACTLY as she said and requested to speak to a manager. After explaining this to the lady on the phone and telling her how my hair is now worse off than what it was prior to and asking what I could do because now I don't have the time to go there and try to re dye it before the event, and how not only do I not want to go looking like this, I absolutely do NOT want to go like this again tomorrow to attend the Pro EM Waste Management Tournament as well. I was advised that basically Oh well there's nothing we can do to help you. ZERO Empathy. Since I used the product, especially since I used more than half of it(c'mon who wouldn't?? who would only die half of their head)??!!?? that now there's definitely nothing they can do to help me. No refund, No exchange, NOTHING, NOT even any posible ideas or suggestions of what I could do to hide this hideous hair until the Manager comes in. She had to go find out when that might even be as she has no clue and came back explaining it wouldn't be until after 1pm something on Monday!!!!??!!!! She's lucky I didnt have time to go up there in person because between the way I look and the way this was handled I would have already been an upset, crying mess as it was but I think after that conversation I probably would have been a hysterical, crying, yelling hot mess with horrible hair and would have completely spoken my mind telling her a few things not caring just as they did not. Lucky for her my mom raised me right and two wrongs don't make a right, treat others as you want to be treated, and if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all are words I live by! Save your time, money, self confidence, and your appearance and go somewhere else or use GOOGLE to answer any questions before you buy anything here!!!!

The staff here are amazing! I tried calling and the automated message said they were closed, I figured I’d just risk it and just check. When I got there they were open, they explained that they recently went to new hours so their waiting on their phones to hopefully be updated. They have a great selection, however they do have some items out of stock.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. This location had one hair dye left in the color I wanted and they put it on hold for me when I called. They have a good variety of items but tend to run out of certain colors

I walked it... a little overwhelmed. Didn't want to dye my hair again but needed my plum color to stay vibrant. DIANA was wonderful at explaining what to do with my hair. Their Google Hours say 8pm and I just called at 7pm and they're closed. I called because they sold me hair dye telling me it would be all in one and that it comes with a lightener IN it and that I wouldn't need the the other lightener I had in my hand. I came home and instructions say I need a separate product to mix this with. I'm furious and I can't fix this before tomorrow since their hours are incorrect. I needed my hair orange by tomorrow. I'm sitting here with my gloves on and my face greased up and no developer cause they promised I wouldn't need it. I do.

Helpful with choosing the right hair colors, hair dye and temporary hair color. Clean story with friendly employees. I am a redhead and have trouble finding the right colors in stock at any Sally's, but they have what I need each time, and they are also willing to call nearby stores looking for products and they put them on hold for you. The lovely gem with the rainbow colored hair is awesome!!
