I recently worked with Miguel at Sammy's Auto Service, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. My Jeep needed extensive work, including a new engine, and as a woman, I was initially apprehensive about being taken advantage of by auto shops.
From the very start, Miguel treated me like family--like a brother or cousin who truly had my back. He quickly earned my trust, took the time to do his homework, found the best prices possible, and clearly explained every issue along with my options.
Thanks to his honesty, professionalism, and kindness, I now have a mechanic I can truly depend on. I highly recommend Sammy's Auto Service--they've earned a loyal client for life!

Car was taken in for alignment result in needing shocks $1050 work done .Took car home it was making a noise took it back after arguing with them they changed the shocks noise went away but also they did motor mount that didn't need to be done just so they could charge another $675. First shocks they used were the cheapest but charged me for supposedly the best. This place use to be a realy trustworthy place but the owner has turned into a very shady mecanic ripping off his customers.

The people here are wonderful. Great service they have a great heart too. Thank you so much for everything. My car needed a new part and instead of charging me 800 for a new one they cleaned it and that's all it needed. Hands down this place is very honest and care about the people!!

I don’t trust a lot of people with my car due to past experiences, although sammy’s will have to be one of my favorites. Sammy’s never lets me down. Whenever I come in service is fast and helpful. Manager is very respectful and helpful. Only place I trust my car to be taken care of.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! Spent $5k to replace engine on 07 Lexus GS350. Took back for service as car overheated 1 time. Had my son take it for me as I was busy. My wife accompanied to drop and pick up my 19yo son. They tried to over charge them $630 for spark plugs plus a bunch of other stuff that wasn’t related to the problem. (All inflated pricing)Called manager Jesus and he beat around every bush possible. Even after apologizing for the price gouging, no offer to make it right or actually inspect the problem. I finally ended the call and told them to keep my diagnostic fee as a donation.
Can’t trust them even after spending $5k and maintaining loyalty to return to them for continuous service.
