I was charged $54.30 on my Sam's club master card. I called the fraud department because I had no idea what this charge was for. No one could tell me what the charge was for. The first agent said it was probably something that was bought online. (which I knew I did not do an online purchase) My daughter finally figured it out. She went back to all my statements from the previous year. There was a $54.30 charge a year ago for a renewal fee. I was not aware that I was on automatic renewal. When I called, couldn't someone have told me what this charge was for?! No, they had to cancel my current card and open up a fraud investigation. I called back to cancel the fraud investigation and also had them cancel the automatic renewal. A lot of time and effort could have been saved if they would have just told me it was a renewal charge.

Stick to Costco. Customer service is atrocious. Took 15 minutes to check out dealing with staff that worked in slow motion. SAMs Club leadership could benefit by walking through Costco and make some changes.

When myself and my elderly grandmother pulled up to get gas, I immediately told the attendant my grandmother had forgotten her card and asked how we could look her up so she could fill up. He waved us on and said to grab him when we got to the pump. 5 cars later I asked for his help and he proceeded to tell me that my grandmother whose in a walker needed to either go to the store after waiting in the line or download the app because he wasn't going to lose his job over slowing her to use his card if she wasn't verified. After being completely rude, scoffing and proceeding to walk away. I told him I would help her download the app so she could verify her membership. After downloading the app, I asked him how to retrieve the information and he then told me that he didn't know. That his coworker did it for him last time. Like, really? Is this a joke. "Raymond" should be ashamed of himself for treating a sweet old lady and long time customer like a nuisance. Definitely going to be changing locations for gas!

I came in at 640pm sep 28 2023 tonight with my wife to get our regular Favorite delicious blueberry sunda and we stoned in line for ten the guy at the cash register yelled out loud and rude the food he had left in the line never said nothing about ice cream Machine and when we got to the cash register he was even more rude and said the ice cream machine was closed for the night I'm a chef and if a kitchen say it's close at 7 that mean u work and keeping doing your job till the that last min u don't break down and do what u want I been a Sam club member for over 10 years and never see this before very bad service and communication skills and the it's the sam club on bell rd phx az....

The auto department is amazing and fast! The store was clean and the food from the food court was great. I had a great experience here. I will be back soon!

I like the fact no one is here. Check out line is fast if you self check out. The bad, not great on inventory. Many items are out of stock randomly. The cafe, total mess. Last 4 times we have been it is closed. We used to go just to get dinner and snacks. Can't do that anymore because if they are open, they are out of individual stuff all the time.

This Sam's Club unfortunately has gone down hill. Went to the food court to get food. They used to have the food court open until they closed like Costco still does. For some reason they now close the food court an hour early. A bad decision but one I believe all Sam's Clubs do now for whatever reason. I came in at 5:30 to the food court and the man just starts yelling at me "we are closed we are closed". I was puzzled by this considering it was 5:30 a full two and a half hours before the store closes. I went to ask him why they had closed so early he just continued telling "we are closed, we are closed". I asked to speak to a manager he told me to find one on the floor as their were many working. This place needs to learn to put their Customers first. No wonder Costco has much more members.

Every time I have been to this location I have been impressed how friend and helpful the staff is! The food court is great food is very fresh and cant beat the prices! The reason I am writing this review today is becuse of the cart staff working in the parking lot. A middle aged man collectung the carts let me know I had money that fell out of my pocket! I was super thankful he noticed and let me know! In this day and age I was very thankful!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Was trying to get a hold of the deli and no one would answer. Called customer service trying to get a hold of the deli and they wouldn't answer. Tina/ Christina at customer service, after telling her the bakery couldn't help me with my deli order transfers me back to the bakery. Then when I would call back, instead of saying hello, she kept transferring me back to the bakery. I even asked for the store Manager and waited on hold for over 15 mins when I first called. Currently have been on hold for over 15 mins and this is after calling back a few times. Save your money and go to Costco.Update: Sara Supervisor answered, I told her about my experience and asked do you guys usually just transfer calls not knowing what else is needed because obviously I kept calling back ,because the bakery couldn't help me. Sara answer was yes, since they knew what I needed but where they were transferring me to wasn't able to help me. It's sad that this is how customers are treated at this location. Sara also stated they have no one in the deli. So why is it an option on automated system and why did Tina keep transferring me instead of telling me that when I inquired about the deli.

We went shopping today, and I specifically wanted some protein chips. I could not find them anywhere. I asked an associate, May, to see if she knew where they might be. Bless her heart, she looked everywhere, found them on the very very top, got someone with the scissors lift, and brought the whole case down. I could not believe that someone would go so much out of their way and get other employees involved. I appreciate you, May, so much. thank you again.

If I coould I give Sam's a negative 3 but I have to give at least a 1. If you do not agree to p[lace their app on your phone you are not eligible for specific sale. As for myself I purchased my phone for my benefit, not to be forced to have Sma's club on the cell. If they have a spam they will be responsible and so you are on your own. I feel why should be paying for their equipment. For those who like Scan and Go that is you option, but as for myself I refuse to have someone hold me hostage to get reduced prices because they can't use my equipment. If I do as they say I receive lower prices on specific items. In my opinion this is a sign of favoritism. A few years ago Sam's were going out of their way to get customers, but now they have grown they are trying to control customers. There are still other places to shop and I for one refuse to be held to a favoritism system governed by Billionaires. This is method of riding employees as well. When I approached the manager on this method he told that my opinion and disclosed it wasn't an opinion it was fact and I hold to the same train of thought. I will now join their competitors.

I stopped to get gas yesterday afternoon and was greeted by an employee who explained that the station was out of fuel. I asked what the situation was and the guy who greeted me said the truck hadn't come for a week. I commented how odd that was and he proceeded to tell me that we need a new president, oblivious to the fact that the president doesn't control the fuel industry. It's very offensive when your employees can't keep their short sided political opinions to themselves!

Amazing Customer Service at the local Sam's Club very kind staff as well as the online service is very efficient and thoughtful looking out for their customers. Customer Service is difficult to find these days however I've had very good experience with Sam's Club and truly do appreciate it! thank you Sam's Club!
