I was charged $54.30 on my Sam's club master card. I called the fraud department because I had no idea what this charge was for. No one could tell me what the charge was for. The first agent said it was probably something that was bought online. (which I knew I did not do an online purchase) My daughter finally figured it out. She went back to all my statements from the previous year. There was a $54.30 charge a year ago for a renewal fee. I was not aware that I was on automatic renewal. When I called, couldn't someone have told me what this charge was for?! No, they had to cancel my current card and open up a fraud investigation. I called back to cancel the fraud investigation and also had them cancel the automatic renewal. A lot of time and effort could have been saved if they would have just told me it was a renewal charge.

Stick to Costco. Customer service is atrocious. Took 15 minutes to check out dealing with staff that worked in slow motion. SAMs Club leadership could benefit by walking through Costco and make some changes.

When myself and my elderly grandmother pulled up to get gas, I immediately told the attendant my grandmother had forgotten her card and asked how we could look her up so she could fill up. He waved us on and said to grab him when we got to the pump. 5 cars later I asked for his help and he proceeded to tell me that my grandmother whose in a walker needed to either go to the store after waiting in the line or download the app because he wasn't going to lose his job over slowing her to use his card if she wasn't verified. After being completely rude, scoffing and proceeding to walk away. I told him I would help her download the app so she could verify her membership. After downloading the app, I asked him how to retrieve the information and he then told me that he didn't know. That his coworker did it for him last time. Like, really? Is this a joke. "Raymond" should be ashamed of himself for treating a sweet old lady and long time customer like a nuisance. Definitely going to be changing locations for gas!

I came in at 640pm sep 28 2023 tonight with my wife to get our regular Favorite delicious blueberry sunda and we stoned in line for ten the guy at the cash register yelled out loud and rude the food he had left in the line never said nothing about ice cream Machine and when we got to the cash register he was even more rude and said the ice cream machine was closed for the night I'm a chef and if a kitchen say it's close at 7 that mean u work and keeping doing your job till the that last min u don't break down and do what u want I been a Sam club member for over 10 years and never see this before very bad service and communication skills and the it's the sam club on bell rd phx az....

The auto department is amazing and fast! The store was clean and the food from the food court was great. I had a great experience here. I will be back soon!

Sams club 15th ave and bell rd Arizona. I went there to get diesel fuel and the clerk Steve was very unprofessional. He tried to get in a fight with me over which pump I was able to use and shut my pump down while I was pumping fuel. This man should be fired over his actions that are all recorded at the pump!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Was trying to get a hold of the deli and no one would answer. Called customer service trying to get a hold of the deli and they wouldn't answer. Tina/ Christina at customer service, after telling her the bakery couldn't help me with my deli order transfers me back to the bakery. Then when I would call back, instead of saying hello, she kept transferring me back to the bakery. I even asked for the store Manager and waited on hold for over 15 mins when I first called. Currently have been on hold for over 15 mins and this is after calling back a few times. Save your money and go to Costco.Update: Sara Supervisor answered, I told her about my experience and asked do you guys usually just transfer calls not knowing what else is needed because obviously I kept calling back ,because the bakery couldn't help me. Sara answer was yes, since they knew what I needed but where they were transferring me to wasn't able to help me. It's sad that this is how customers are treated at this location. Sara also stated they have no one in the deli. So why is it an option on automated system and why did Tina keep transferring me instead of telling me that when I inquired about the deli.

Poor customer service!It a good place to visit once a year to shop at this oversized Walmart.The meat department was decent, the cashier was great. The manager and the clerk were terrible. Going back to Costco

When it comes to curbside pick up for your groceries, they are the WORST! I have sat well over an hour past my pick up time with NO acknowledgment from the employees. I get it, everyone is short staffed but a little communication goes a LONG way.

Why even have a membership when they charge for a pick up fee now. Extremely disappointed. This was the best perk since not going to costco but now I'll have to make the switch again.

Would give less. Store gets poor rating for lack of support for the diabled. Not enough disabled parking and only a few electriccarts for the mobile challenged.

Not sure what type of management is in place at this location, but they sure don't support the food court very well...soft drink dispenser has been "out of service" for 2 months now, ice cream is "sometimes" available!

worth it just for the Scan and Go feature. Shopping here is a breeze. i was surprised to see some items out of stock but it is 2022 and the we are indeed in a roaring 20s phase. I was Astonished At the variety compared to Costco.Some items are a little more pricey here than costco but it cant be more than a few to couple bucks. Members Mark food items are hands down better than Kirkland. In all honesty this is a glorified walmart warehouse minus the walmart mayhem. if you are waiting in line that's your choice and i dont have time for that. Seriously considering not renewing my Costco membership.By the way all employees here have been helpful and kind.
