Bought a new battery for my VW Golf at the Tempe Market location and woman who waited on me, didnt tell me the battery would be on sale 3 days later with $20.00 off. I stopped at the Sam location on Bell & 15th Ave and Raul the Manager in tires & batteries was FANTASTIC & refunded the $20 to me. Now isnt that service!!! Thank you!

Jonathon is amazing! He got me taken care of with with great care and much knowledge. You can tell he knows what he is doing and makes his customers feel valued. For this reason I will always be a long time loyal Sams Club Member! Hope Jonathon gets a huge promotion, he deserves it!

Outstanding job from Michael in the tire center and his team for getting me in as a walk-in when I had problem with my old tires. He did a great job. Got me back on the road and keeping my family safe. I really appreciate this team at the Sam’s Club tire center. I will be buying all of my tires from Sam’s Club in the future. They do a great job. Thanks again, Michael! 🙏

There has never been anyone in automotive to help. I have had to go around to ask someone for help. Once I got the tire in for a repair it's a 2 hour wait. Only 1 service provider in the entire shop. Sams/ Walmart has the worse customer service of any place I shop. No more Sam's for tires.

Stick to Costco. Customer service is atrocious. Took 15 minutes to check out dealing with staff that worked in slow motion. SAMs Club leadership could benefit by walking through Costco and make some changes.

When myself and my elderly grandmother pulled up to get gas, I immediately told the attendant my grandmother had forgotten her card and asked how we could look her up so she could fill up. He waved us on and said to grab him when we got to the pump. 5 cars later I asked for his help and he proceeded to tell me that my grandmother whose in a walker needed to either go to the store after waiting in the line or download the app because he wasn't going to lose his job over slowing her to use his card if she wasn't verified. After being completely rude, scoffing and proceeding to walk away. I told him I would help her download the app so she could verify her membership. After downloading the app, I asked him how to retrieve the information and he then told me that he didn't know. That his coworker did it for him last time. Like, really? Is this a joke. "Raymond" should be ashamed of himself for treating a sweet old lady and long time customer like a nuisance. Definitely going to be changing locations for gas!

I came in at 640pm sep 28 2023 tonight with my wife to get our regular Favorite delicious blueberry sunda and we stoned in line for ten the guy at the cash register yelled out loud and rude the food he had left in the line never said nothing about ice cream Machine and when we got to the cash register he was even more rude and said the ice cream machine was closed for the night I'm a chef and if a kitchen say it's close at 7 that mean u work and keeping doing your job till the that last min u don't break down and do what u want I been a Sam club member for over 10 years and never see this before very bad service and communication skills and the it's the sam club on bell rd phx az....

The auto department is amazing and fast! The store was clean and the food from the food court was great. I had a great experience here. I will be back soon!

I like the fact no one is here. Check out line is fast if you self check out. The bad, not great on inventory. Many items are out of stock randomly. The cafe, total mess. Last 4 times we have been it is closed. We used to go just to get dinner and snacks. Can't do that anymore because if they are open, they are out of individual stuff all the time.

Sams club 15th ave and bell rd Arizona. I went there to get diesel fuel and the clerk Steve was very unprofessional. He tried to get in a fight with me over which pump I was able to use and shut my pump down while I was pumping fuel. This man should be fired over his actions that are all recorded at the pump!
