Went to the food court and it took some lady 40 minutes to get icee it most of us over 30 minutes just to get what we ordered. The black lady was patient but she had no help form the Mexican lady with one eye and when someone asked for the manager some white guy with messed up teeth came over and yelled at everyone to get in line rudely and walked off ignoring the everyone. Understaffed or not they definitely need better training.

I had a death in the family July 1 and needed to take advantage of the lifetime tire rotation & balance plan I purchased with Sam's Club Tire & Battery in March 2024. I literally had to beg the Tire Service Rep & Manager to do this work even though they hours and appointments showed availability to easily accommodate my request. They finally agreed to do the work and I went out of town to pay respect to my loved one. Over the past 3 weeks, I have observed some very strong vibrations on the front wheels of my 2023 RAM Truck and thought I may have some suspension issues so I took it to the dealership Monday for a thorough inspection. The dealership advised me after spending $100 for a diagnosis the tires needed balancing and that's where the strong steering wheel and front suspension vibration was coming from. I called the McDowell Sam's Club Tire & Battery Dept yesterday to male them aware of the issue and the person Eddie who said he was a manager treated me so rudely. He said he needed to see the paperwork from the dealership stating the truck tires needed to be balanced even after I advised him the paperwork stated so and his tone/ willingness to help rectify a problem they caused was non-existent. Eddie refused to make sure I was taken care of as a long standing Customer with Sam's Club since 1997. As a Veteran who suffers gravely from PTSD I refused to go back to this location because it angers me and would probably trigger some bad memories. I came to the Sam's Club location on 18501 N. 83rd Ave, Glendale, AZ and Pedro and his staff understood my concern, apologized for the piss-poor service received at the McDowell location and quickly took action to make sure I was taken care of as a Sams Club member and a Veteran. They completed a rotation and balance of my 4 tires and advised these services were being perfomed 3,000 miles sooner than they should have been. I truly am tired of power hungry and control freaks like Eddie abusing their authority and leaving Customers who built Sam's Club through loyalty and longevity, like myself, frustrated and saddened because I had to work with a less professional like him - Eddie. I am strongly suggesting Sam's Club leadership take action with the comments from this review seriously and respond to me within 14 days before my next course of action is taken.

The delivery service is the worst! Delivery drivers are why it’s terrible. Driver Karina couldn’t figure out the delivery address! Unbelievable! Will use Costco delivery moving forward

I initially visited the store to have a flat tire repaired, a service I have previously received without issue as a Sam's Club member. Upon arrival, I was promptly checked in by Arthur, and everything seemed to be in order. However, when I returned to the store, Doug became my point of contact, and my experience took a turn for the worse.
Doug incorrectly asserted that I had not purchased my tires from Sam's Club and questioned my membership status, despite Arthur having checked me in without any problems. Doug further claimed that the store’s physical computers, running on an outdated Windows 95 operating system, could not locate my record, even though the iPad system showed my information without issue. His tone and demeanor were unprofessional and dismissive, suggesting that the fault lay with the system rather than providing a solution.
As a customer, I should not be burdened with internal system issues. Doug's inability to assist me with my flat tire repair on the same day, coupled with his suggestion that it would take three days to complete the service, was unacceptable. Frustrated, I contacted another Sam's Club location at 83rd Ave and Union Hills, where I received prompt and efficient service on the same day.
This experience has been disappointing and has led me to question the quality of service at the 8340 W McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85037 location. Doug's lack of customer service skills and unwillingness to assist me is concerning, and I hope this issue will be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
