So the cake came out beautiful! Later on when we were ready to cut it at our wedding it was leaning to one side a little and I don’t know if that was our mistake or not. I was worried it wouldn’t turn out like the picture but it did. Great cake for $72, way cheaper than the $600 the venue wanted us to pay. Very pleased and will use them in the future for birthdays and my baby shower ?Update- at the wedding it was leaning a little idk why

I have never experienced more racism than i did today. Many people checking my cart maybe because i'm hispanic? Literally 2 other customers left without being checked (white individuals) while i was here being checked every single item. Never have I experienced this at any other Sam's club or Costco. Now i see why this location has such low rating because they make people feel uncomfortable and yell at you. all i did was purchase groceries but i'm bot going to renew my membership

Can I give it a minus five? Their "utv/atv" buying service sucks.. tried to buy a side by side Kawasaki... Total failure. Both dealers they sent me to treated me like I had green skinned with big eyes. I tried them 3 times since December... Bypass, not worth my membership so cancelling it. Went thru this with Costco a couple years ago..... cancelled them... Do not use.

I usually buy the cherry tomatoes here and I did not have any issues. Today, I guess was not my day. I can't believe that this is sold mold and rotten. I hope that they are welling to refund the cost.

Sams club is one of those stores that is always near you if you need it to be. They're membership price is just fantastic! They have a very cheap price and it's worth it! They also have food courts inside and/or outside the store if it's like that. It definitely makes my day a little bit better when I go to Sams Club.

Very disappointed in sams club today. I contacted management to set up a Girl Scout cookie booth. I was told this is somehow not acceptable at this location. They can’t have outside sales out front. However there is the kettle corn guy. The Kona ice guy, and don’t forget the cable people inside chasing you down. But for some reason Girl Scout cookies are not okay. Way to go sams club, showing girls that their business skills and learning entrepreneurship isn’t important to you as a company.

Worst place ever, Anthony is a straight unprofessional manager, literally said to my face that i was gonna get a spot there and gave me a whole explanation on what my hiring process was going to be like after, just to get an email the next day saying that i wasn't accepted plus he interview me in one of the sofas that were on display and everyone was just staring at us like why are they sitting there when it clearly says not to because of covid issues, mans doesn't know how to be a manager and prob doesn't even have clue of what the purpose of a manager is. Sad to see people like him run a place like that

They never answer their phone. All I needed what to schedule a appt with auto dept and no department answers , not even customer service. This store is just a disappointment. None of all departments answering is unacceptable.

After a less than pleasant experience I was approached by Sherrie the manager the next time I was in the store. She not only remembered me but also recognized me from across the store. She was extremely helpful and took the time to care and address the previous issue. Sherrie exemplifies the customer service that all businesses should aspire too. I will continue to make this my preferred store.

I ordered some toilet paper for pick up on 7/19. The email said I had until the 21st to pick it up. Missed my time window for 7/19. Got a call in the am of 7/20 my order was going to get canceled at 11. I'm at work and can't go. They canceled my order even though they said I had until the 21st to pick it up. Crazy to think I pay a yearly membership to shop at Sam's Club and this is how this location treats customers. Go to Avondale or somewhere else's.

My wife and I are seniors and I have a pre-existing condition so we decided to do the online curbside pickup.. It is horrible, you have to go in the store and run someone down.. They are clueless with this curbside delivery.. I did my next order with Walmart next door, just like a Swiss watch I did not even have to have any real contact .. The Sams people need to send some people next door to get some training,, .They are the same company,., I wish I could use Sams again because they have some products that Walmart does not have..
