We love shopping in thrift stores, but now they have become way too expensive for used, donated items. The prices are ridiculous unless you go on Monday (50% off). Even then, some things are still overpriced. You can get better deals at Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and other stores. Just sad and greedy.

They wanted $50 for used patio chairs each. Savers yeah sure. Ross is better in price or even goodwill

Bought a jewelery jar, was told there were items that didn't sell or tangled. I looked around and didn't seemed bad. I open it at home and got nothing but garbage, broken items, not even a single pair of earrings. Plastics stuff even garbage. Called to see if it can be returned for something else. It was 60dlls. They said no. Please make sure you put no refunds on your counters because only came to find that info on the receipt. Misleading people is not right

I was trying to exchange a dress and I ended up basically paying for the dress and more so I don't recommend coming here

It's been a few years since I haven't visited this Savers or any other Savers store, and have seen better improvement. The store is no longer that messy and disorganized. The aisles are more wider, so that two people can walk through with thier shopping carts at the same time. Items being sold are more complete and much cleaner. The one thing I noticed is the expensive price tags. Items should not be that pricey for being a secondhand store, but you can still pickup some nice bargains.

I'm a frequent shopper and was treated extremely rude by the young man at the self check out. They have terrible policy about items that are not priced and will not allow you to purchase them, even if they have 4 people standing there chatting... They could face the store to prevent unlabeled items from being picked up by customer's or re-price the item, but instead, they will confiscate the item and do not care about how they treat you. I voiced my concern, and due to the way he talked to me, I decided to leave my basket and not do business with them. Their goal is not to help the community like a non profundity should, and instead greedily create policy that waste the customer's time and prevents a sale that would be revenue towards a good cause... After shopping at this location for years, this was the last...

During my time living in Utah, I frequented various Savers locations. Unfortunately, many of the branches I visited in the state were marked by disorganization, seemingly overwhelmed by the high influx of visitors. However, my experience at this particular location stood out as truly exceptional. Stepping inside felt akin to entering a meticulously maintained, brand-new thrift store. The attention to detail was astounding, with each aisle and section thoughtfully arranged. From perfectly aligned rows of toys to action figures standing proudly and toy cars forming neat lines reminiscent of a parking lot, the overall presentation was a testament to the remarkable efforts of the store manager.During our visit, we found ourselves making several purchases. Nevertheless, I did take note of the prices, which appeared to be slightly higher than anticipated. While the overall experience was highly positive, I believe there's an opportunity for improvement in the pricing structure. Given that customers largely engage in the process themselves—searching for items, taking on the uncertainty of product quality when purchasing items, and even checking themselves out—reconsidering the pricing to reflect the thrift store nature of the establishment would be beneficial. It's important to remember that the items available are all donated, and the inventory includes various used items, with clothing occupying a significant portion. If the prices were adjusted to better reflect these considerations, it would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience. As someone who values the thrift store concept, I would be more than willing to raise my rating and appreciation if the pricing aligned more closely with the nature of the items being sold.

The prices are truly out of control. I love this location, they have great items but they are really reaching with what they are charging. This isn’t Scottsdale. The employees are always extremely nice but the way this business is set up it’s completely self serve. No bathrooms, no dressing rooms, and you check yourself out. Savers needs to do better. Many locations have closed throughout the valley and I’m seeing more and more items just sit there week after week. If items were moderately priced they would move faster.

I love this store, especially Priscilla. She has amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to help you out. There's a young man up front, I believe his name is Elijah, he was so helpful, I appreciate him taking the time to assist me while he was busy with other things.Would definitely continue to go there just because of how helpful these two employees are. Plus Monday's are 50% off, you can't beat that.

Been to this location 7/11/2023 because i kept seeing ads for it. I get inside and already a few moments later i see lots of flys, crickets on the floor. Browsing the clothing section the prices were very high. 11.99 for a tshirt to 5.99 found some for $4 but they were way outdated or had stains. For these prices you can buy tops from target or anywhere else. The front cashier was wearing a hot pink crop top only covering what was needed on her chest. Not very professional and not something you should show up to a job wearing. Save some time and money going to goodwill prices are much lower and they have a larger selection.

This is a very good place for secondhand anything. Not the cleanest. But you really can't beat their prices. Large variety of things to choose from and the customer service is pretty great too

I won't go to Savers again. Their prices have become obnoxious. It's no longer a thrift store. $18+ for used jeans? Then after shopping, I find out I HAVE TO check myself out. There are no cashiers. There is someone to help ALL the customers at once. SO, to check out, I become an unpaid employee of Savers. Does that mean if I'm just, I get covered by work comp? After that, the scanner doesn't function properly, so the helper has to come figure it out, after she's done straightening out the front of the store. You can't take the carts to your car, so I had to pull up. And they don't have auto doors. It took my three trips to get my stuff into my car, in Arizona heat. Thanks, SAVERS, for the WORST thrifting trip of my life.
