Waste of a drive across town. Just went to review unit before renting. Got up to the 10 x 10 unit and measured it out... the unit was less than 10 x 10. When asked if I wanted a bigger space, I simply said I just wanted the amount of spaced I'd be paying for, but that I'd take the unit if they wanted to drop the price accordingly. The girl said they weren't interested in doing that.Do not rent here unless you plan on measuring your unit. They're charging for space you don't even get.

This is the 3rd and final request by life storage on 16th st to reimburse for the liability of denying access to unit even though storage is paid for.This scam is being going on for 2 years.The staff at 16th st life storage did ot to me on 1.29.23.I will inform BBB and the Attorney General. Stop the game of scaming people out of accessing their unit as mentioned on the contract.

Good Auction website. Easy to use. A nice but sometimes confusing customer service but some very bad sellers on platform. Some fake auctions and when asked you get blocked from seller and then treated bad by platform because no one wants to hear it. More then once did I pay for an auction then find out it wasn’t there when I went to pick up, On Time, just to see it reposted over and over again. No explanation given. I do recommend this site but buyer beware at sites.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Access to the storage isn't always available during open hours and you can't even get someone on the phone for their "24 hours customer service line"

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked several times what the storage hours were to avoid any delays & was told 9pm. My moving day was Saturday, I got there around 6 o'clock. Was able to get into the gate no problem. However put in my code about 50 times to enter the storage, the code reader read "access is granted" but the doors NEVER opened. I called the "emergency" back to back holding for 15-25mins trying to get someone on the line just to be hung up on each time. I was left with a Uhaul that I was only supposed to have for that day, filled with stuff that was brought all the way from Chandler just to have to take it ALL the way back to just be parked until I could try again the next day. I was charged an extra day for the Uhaul and even more because of the mile usage going back and forth. AND THEN I talk to Joe, the store manager who basically told me there was no reason for reimbursement. If anyone reads or hears my statement, any person would see clearly where the fault lies. Joe told me he would speak to his supervisor & is horrible at, at least, giving me a call back. Everyone knows the rough expenses of moving so to be out of even more money only due to your poor entering systems is UNACCEPTABLE. Get your system fixed if you guys can't reimburse people the hassle you put them through. I basically paid uhaul to store my stuff overnight even though I ALREADY had a storage unit with you! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will never store here again

Avoid this unit at all costs! I just signed up for this unit. They assured me that I would have access from 6 am to 9 pm every day. I should up at 6:30 am. It was locked! The access code did not work due to an IT issue. Others had the same problem, so it was not me. They eventually acknowledged they had IT problems. Then finally my access code worked. AND THEN I GOT LOCKED IN!! I was all alone very early on a Saturday morning and I could not get out of a storage locker! I eventually walked around the facility and found a door that would open. So they sold me 6 am - 9 pm access and did not give it to me. Then they locked me in to their facility. NOT PROFESSIONAL. NOT SAFE. Look elsewhere.

Highly recommend going to another location. This location is known to do bait and switch. You sign up and get a unit, then couple days later asked to come in and they close your unit on you.

This was a great place and I really appreciate the manage. Everything was clean and easy to access. I felt my belongings were safe and secure at this place. I would recommend using this storage if you want great servic.
