Great selection, high-quality brands, and always new beauty inspiration. The service is great, and I always find something I absolutely have to have.
And today I even discovered something that wasn't trendy at all—but that's exactly what made it exciting for me. Sometimes it's the little, unexpected things that surprise you!

Wonderful experience with a nice lady named Be'Jean! I tried to do the survey on my receipt but the QR code takes me to the app store to download the Sephora app. I didn't have the app prior but to do the survey I downloaded it. Signed into my account and the code just takes me to the home screen of the app. 😏 I will contact the chat csr in the app with help on why it does that but I for sure wanted to send a shout out to Be'Jean for being super kind and helpful. She used their cameras/scan deal to get my color for a new foundation. Talked to another lady (definitely forgot her name, I'm only good with faces!) in there about perfumes too! I don't wear a lot of make up but when I do I'll come to this location, everyone was very nice! Thanks again!

I have rosacea and this location I was assisted by Tony who help me find a product that I could use as I'm very limited. Tony listened to what I was looking for gave suggestions,was not pushy, and was the kind of help I needed. The store is always clean and neat the staff is very friendly not too pushy. I would have gave five stars but I do recommend that there is more training on products for skin conditions like rosacea,skin allergies, and sensitivity.

I'm afraid Sephora had a highly unsatisfied customer because of their customer service. When I go to makeup stores, I expect top treatment. I had the complete opposite. They even made me sit in a regular chair. This was not the luxury event I was hoping for.

Bought a product that broke after using only 3 times. Store won’t exchange it cause it’s “out of return timeframe” but product is defective and can’t even use. Manager was really rude over the phone and told me practically there’s nothing I can do. Very frustrating

I was in and out in 5 minutes because I already had planned what I would buy. When I walked in staff didn’t even greet me even though they were huddled by the door talking to one another. It was as if nobody wanted to work today. I had to go up to them in order to receive the items that I wanted and to check out. Not great.

So… I have been in the beauty industry for over 25 years. I don’t typically ask for help when I walk into a Sephora store. But I needed my color ID to be refreshed and I found the lovely Sabreena. This little darling really made my shopping experience an A+ experience. She knew her stuff and made some really strong recommendations. Based on my very specific needs. We even wear the same foundation lol. I am typically an online shopper, but I will prioritize shopping in person again after the wonderful experience I had. Thanks again, babe!

If it weren’t for FATIMA, the truly caring and exceptional employee, I would never return to this location, the other girls, respectfully, need help w their misery.
Her dedication and kindness are unparalleled. She went above and beyond, demonstrating what it means to be a genuinely decent human being. I sincerely hope management recognizes her outstanding contributions and considers her for a leadership role—she truly deserves it. FATIMA GETS FIVE STARS.

More products than I ever could have imagined. This is an all in one, high end beauty store. Very clean, nicely organized store...Music was jamming like a club... There is so much to look at, you might walk right by what you were looking for.

Showed up to this Sephora and hour before they closed was greeted instantly when I walked in which was great I was looking for a specific new foundation that I was excited to try was waiting around looking for someone to help me and saw 3 of them talking amongst themselves tried to get there attention and was ignored when another customer walked to the same place I was they instantly walked over to her to help her I kinda of just stood there waiting for her to finish helping the other customer cause you know I didn’t want to be rude when she finished helping the other customer she turned around and started walking away which I thought was rude bc it’s common Curtesy to also ask anyone nearby if they need help especially if I was standing right there literally next to them waiting to be helped anyways had call for her attention twice which kind of made me feel like she ignored me the first time but idk I asked her if hey had a specific shade then asked if I could get color matched to be sure she just started looking for the shade without really responding to me she then got up and said they didn’t have the shade and walked away to which I thought oh she’s going to get the device so I stayed where I was at just browsing after 10 minutes I saw she was back to the group of coworkers talking to which I took as a sign she didn’t want to help me so proceeded to look at other brands and color match the old fashion way (bad idea )my sister walks up to me showing me what she’s gunna get as I’m telling her what I’m planing on purchasing she sees I’m trying to color match myself and tells me why I don’t ask one of the Sephora workers to help I tell her what happened and she’s like well let’s ask another one we see a male worker helping another customer in the aisle and I try asking him ( once he’s done helping the other customer of course ) and just walks away from us I kinda took this as a sign they didn’t want us there which is weird bc we always go to this location in the mornings and I always get amazing service in the mornings so when we went afternoon it was such a shock for me that the employees where being so rude and dismissive when I was needing help especially since there was so many of them just Standing around talking to each other let’s just say we took the hint and left without purchasing anything which is such a shame bc this WAS my fav Sephora

Lots of expensive cosmetics. For some reason I think if I get more high end products they work better. Not the case. I'm not expecting miracles but a majority of the products don't perform to advertisement. I'm big on eyeliner. None stay on .
