I do not always have a good experience when I shop here. However... Today, Lexi helped me and greatly improved my opinion of Sephora. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics. She took the time to actually hear me and she was genuine in helping. Lexi was great at providing options with their pros and cons (for my needs) and for the first time in a long time, I am really happy with my purchases and excited to use them all. And even though I hadn't planned on spending the amount that I did when I first walked in, I feel good about it. One thing I wished was to be able to tip Lexi for all her time & help. Although she was super grateful, she said she couldn't accept. In this day where everyone is asking for a tip, even when they just grab something off a shelf & hand it to you, I was disappointed that I couldn't show my appreciation for true, quality service (time & effort) that was provided. I hope Lexi at least gets a commission. Now that I know she's there, I will go back for more since I want to re-do / update my cosmetic case. If you're shopping at Sephora in Shops at Norterra, look for Lexi - she's the best!

They replaced most of the staff with very strange people, they don't help at all, someone explained the product to me incorrectly and I made a mistake with my purchase and the girl raised her voice at me in an inappropriate tone, they made me make a mistake with my purchase and because of that I had to pay for something I didn't want. This was my favorite Sephora but I will definitely not be coming back here.

My recent shopping experience at Sephora on 11/2 was very uncomfortable. The employees kept watching my boyfriend and I the entire time we were in the store, even though we were only there for less than five minutes. I work at ULTA, so I understand customer service, but this just felt excessive and unwelcoming lol.

Great location! Vinnishea was sooo patient and helpful! She helped me find the primer, setting spray aaand moisturizer that meets ALL my needs! She was so informative and sweet! I’m so glad I came to this location! 10/10

I can't say enough good things about this Sephora, but what really makes it better is Morgan and V! They are absolutely wonderful and make the experience even better! Morgan helped me with all my questions today and everytime I go in V always remembers me and asks how I'm doing! She helped me with my make up journey when I first went to Sephora. I really appreciate both these ladies! They are both wonderful and make great conversation! They feel like old friends. Always a pleasure coming here and I really do think because the girls here make it so warm and welcoming and are always happy to help with any questions you have! Morgan and V are truly wonderful though! Always happy to go in and see them!

The sales associates are just standing by the door had to wait for a good 10 minutes to be served after asking to be helped more than 2 times . From the looks of it they judge a book by it's cover ! Only the cashier was more welcoming!!

Went in today with what I wantednto get in mind and Natalie helped me out, she encouraged me to try a new foundation and took the time to help me find my shade it became my new favorite! She was awesome :') thank you so much Natalie!

I didn’t get her name but the employee who is an esthetician student was a great help and made great skincare recommendations for my skin type and was very knowledgeable and kind :-)
