i went in today to get a glossier perfume and Anna not only helped me with that, but she also introduced me to a haus labs concealer and helped me find the perfect shade!! she’s so incredibly sweet and so friendly.

The product I bought didn’t work for me and I returned it without issue. The girl who helped me at the register to exchange the item was kind, helpful, and in no rush whatsoever to get me out of there even after people got in line, there was no line when I walked up.

I went into your location and I was unable to return the makeup and ex bought me. Only because it wasn't on my Member phone number. I know Sephora has a policy against this. It say's in the policy that if the shade doesn't match I can return it. No questions asked. I'm disappointed that the store employee was unaware of this policy Sephora has.

Rafael would rather stand and talk with another employee than come assist shoppers, even after making eye contact with me and gesturing for them to come over to assist with products.

As mentioned in other reviews it was nice to get a Sephora at Desert Ridge until I went in. The place seems dirty and not that I dare use a tester but for goodness sake don't make them look like every homeless person came in and scraped them out! It was my daughter and I that went to shop at this location mind you she's 30 not 12 and we were followed around and stalked like we going to steal the store maybe I need to cut my hair off dye it blue and stick a weird piercing in and maybe they will feel more comfortable. Sorry a middle age blonde lady was so scary!

I couldn’t believe Desert Ridge finally got a Sephora! The store itself is clean and well-organized, but I’ve noticed it’s often out of stock on popular items, or so it seems. On two separate visits, I asked an employee to check for something that wasn’t on the shelf, and both times they pulled it from a locked drawer underneath the display. Oddly, instead of restocking the empty shelf (even though there was clearly plenty of inventory), they just handed me the item and locked the drawer back up.
It left me wondering, why not restock it right then? It would save other customers from thinking it’s sold out. Also, don’t expect cheerful service here. The staff seem disengaged and not particularly helpful, which takes away from the usual Sephora experience.
If you’re shopping here and don’t see what you’re looking for, definitely ask, they might have it hidden in the drawers. Just don’t count on stellar customer service while you’re at it.

Incredibly AWFUL customer service.
Entire staff practically ignored us. We stood in line to purchase 2 items for what seemed like 20 minutes, various members of the staff walked by us and did not acknowledge our presence one bit.
To make things worse, the tall one with short hair walked up to where we stood in front of the line at the register, didn’t even make any effort to offer us a help and the offered to help the customers standing BEHIND us in line.
This is such a pathetic experience to have been given while trying to buy something. Based on the reviews already up, this is not the first time. I’m assuming awful customer service is just to be expected at this store.

I was so excited to have Sephora at this location, but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The employees seem annoyed anytime they have to ring someone up. I purchased a gift card, and they didn’t have any envelopes! There’s another location right inside Kohl’s, someone should have gone and borrowed some from their store. Instead, I had to stop at another store on my way to the party I was going to just to get an envelope for the gift card.

Ordered curbside pick up waited 15 minutes no one showed up also I had to go inside myself and grab my order . What’s the purpose of curbside pick up ?

It was clean, quiet and easy to access when I came. For some reason this store seems on the smaller side compared to other stores.
Staff was super friendly and helpful though they were sold out of what I needed.
Check out was quick and efficient nonetheless. The store is clean.
No concerns.

Again I'm on my travels in Phoenix, Arizona and I've found another Sephora outlet to help me look the best I possibly can. Fantastic service, from the staff and now I can continue through Phoenix looking and feeling absolutely fabulous!

I was so excited to have a sephora in Desert Ridge. Both times I stopped in they didn't have what I needed. If Kohls doesn't have it, this store won't either. ***if you have asthma, this store will set you off more than bath and body works. We stepped in and instantly my throat became itchy. I asked the greater if they have a ventilation system, she said no!! What! She further explained that they had a lot of kids testing perfume. I'm a Rouge member and we will never be back in this store. I just heard they are redoing the Quarter store. Hopefully the person who desin3d this one isn't in charge of that remodel!! Just stay online if you can't figure out retail.

what a terrible store. U got about 8 girls working in there not doing anything besides talking and nobody greeted or helped me at all. Waited at the unattended cash register to checkout and a rude girl came to check me out. Lacking social skills and customer service
