Although they've been great in person, discovered the oil access panel was missing on my skid plate after having the oil changed. I called and was told "if its missing, it must not have been there before the oil change"No one else has touched my truck. I had personally been under the truck prior to the service, and it was absolutely there. Completely unacceptable.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years now. Easy oil change. Pick a day during the week. Get there when they open. In and out in 30 minutes or less.
