So, I like this location normally they have friendly service it's clean, however anytime I need to use the restroom there's a guy who's always trying to talk to me when I'm using the stall and only when I'm in there he's always poking his head in and trying to look at me and he only does this when I use the restroom it's kinda creepy. He doesn't knock doesn't know how to be polite or courteous . He just comes in talking and I never know of he's going to try and open my door. I'm gonna stop going to this store because I just don't know if one day he'll try and come in or not. He's really weird.

Ran out of gas during my door dash drive. Used my card at the pump and the pump froze taking all my money from my account. Left me stranded there begging for money for gas because this criminal company cant be bothered 20 put there 20 billion in profits into fixing their machines and keeping them running smoothly. Ill never use a shell again and implore others to use better gas company's. The girl at the register was nice and seemed to care. Since your obviously not doing anything with all that profit you should give it the her.
Edit: after reading other reviews of the pumps always being offline and card skimmers, its no wonder there are so many panhandlers and so much crime.

For the love of all that is holy, your diesel pumps have been miserably slow for over a month. Fix them. I've had 2 gallons enter my tank since I decided to Google this place and leave a review ? barely cracking 2.5 after spacing out and searching for an emoji.

I don’t recommend this location at all. They have very shady practices. See how prices in the sign does not match with the price at the pump. Also a few months ago their sign was off, so people couldn’t see the prices until they’re at the pump. It was off for like 2 or 3 weeks. Finally, this location rarely accepts cash, which is very inconvenient for a lot of people. Better go to Marathon.

This location sucks, its horrendous, and appalling. I've been in multiple times and have been charged incorrectly at least 2 times. What is the point of having deals when the cashiers don't know what they are? I went in and got two mikes hards because they were 2 for $4. I got 2 plus gummy bears for 2.50, I payed $8.23 or so, which when calculated 2 for $4 plus 2.5 and tax is not $8. The people at the front desk also do not care about their jobs and you can easily tell. I am not wasting my time or hard earned money at this location anymore ( I can even walk here) I am heading across the street to circle K from now on. They are not even half as bad as shell. I will not recommend this location to anyone unless you want to get ripped off.

Someone needs to tell the supervisor there that the cash back limit is not set by the employees. There is a corporate standard to follow. And that would be 40 per person per day. I'd definitely call HR someone is power tripping....I'll be back in to see if there is a correction Or I can call corporate to file a formal complaint funny part is if you don't follow the rules ppl get fired
