Worst gas station , went there this morning to get some water for the day around 4:30 am and it was close, I thought this was supposed to be a 24 hour gas station I mean people has to go to work early some of us to try and beat the heat and I just think it's a joke that people drive there thinking it's open just to find out there not , unlike the one on Greenway and 64th street there the best always open and the cashier is so nice but yeah don't waist your time Going to the one on bell road always closed

went there yesterday around 3 pm to fuel and needed to go badly at the men's room. the clerk said he is alone and can't let me use the bathroom.what i guy can do???

I waited in line to pay for 5 minutes and the cashier seemed to be chatting with a customer or waiting for something. The customer service at this gas station is not bad but it is not existent.

I usually use the self serve car wash. Always comes out clean. I really appreciate the two different vacuum nozzles, damp rags, and air nozzle...a step above any place else.

Horrible customer service! I will never stop here again. Made me feel like I was in the wrong, because why would they be, there system was not working properly. DON't give them you business!

The lottery machine took my $10. It froze. And the lady refused to call anyone and told me to give her my information so they could call me about it. I live over an hour away. Then was very rude about the whole situation. Horrible place and even worse customer service. Tasha made me go around And read her shirt because she refused to tell me her name for my complaint.

Hey it's a shell. They're all pretty much the same. This one seems cleaner than the other ones at least. The prices are comparable to the other shells around. Nothing bad to say. I do like that this station has a bunch of pumps unlike other stations. I've never had issues here. I only come to shell for my car so this one is a frequent stop for me.

Why can't you cash in a $50 scratch ticket on a Saturday?? I'm pretty sure this location has brought in enough money for the day. Doesn't make sense. Seems like the register girl would rather talk to her bf at the counter.

Great for a gas station. Inside was clean and organized. Paid wirelessly with google pay on my phone. Barley touches anything. Super convenient and fast. Prices were a little higher but I don't mind cause of the bigger picture.

Actually a lie. Their giant sign out front says a Price for regular gas like every other station except their number is actually $.25 higher than that, that number you can only get with a purchase of one of their $35 single car washes! Which definitely don’t seem worth it. Another strike against them was Google maps said their price was $.10 cheaper than it actually was, Which actually isn’t the price that you get with the car wash so who knows what’s up there. To top it all off the employees look super shifty. Definitely a detriment to shell gas stations everywhere. At sucks to be lied to by a freaking gas station but I guess that’s what the world has come to.
