I went into the store late night I got a soda and a frozen burrito. It rang up to $5.49 I swiped my card then entered my pin and the cashier said it was off line. So I swiped again re entering my pin. Again cashier said it was off line.cashier took the frozen burrito back and I dug up $1.50 in change . That was done March 15 3025. On the 18 I called my my account and found out the charged me twice that night that cashier claimed it didn't go thru.. I've called the shell station and still haven't been able to reach the. Manager . The other day I went into the shell station and cashier was yelling at a customer that he didn't have enough money for the soda . And told him until he paid for the one he left behind he wasn't allowed in the store. I asked him if he was the manager so I gave him the run . He said you have to come back tomorrow. I said you said you were the manager he said I am I'm the afternoon manager. What ... Still can't get a hold of manger

My soda was 2 months out of code and my pickle was spoiled, even in the sealed package. Tasted rancid. Having anything on your shelves months out of code is inexcusable. I'll still grab my gas here, but I'm never going inside this rinky dink food mart again.

Older lady rude. My black and mild was hard, stale, and crunchy. Acted as if she was mad I wanted to get another one. Ugh. Great gas priced but don't like your job, quit. Simple math.

Everyone that works here is amazing! They even have a superhero that helped catch a bad guy for the cops!! I recommend this place, you will leave with a smile!! ?

This place will rip you off. Just went and filled up my propane tank I literally watch the kid full it up. He went inside and told the cashier it was 4.3 gallons when honestly it was only 3.3 gallons. I got stuck paying a extra gallon for no reason. Even the cashier lady was rude. I do not recommend this place at all and it's sad been coming to them to get my tank filled for years

The place is a literal joke. The old lady is probably the rudest cashier I've ever encountered. Waited for a guy for propane to find out they were out of propane. Don't come here

ok if you want great customer servicdonr go to pump n munch after 10 pm till 7am. rick and penny are the worst at this hour for customet service. rick just has attitude. penny is bitchy, giving most of her customers a hard time about walking on the floor after she put rugs down. ir offering a simple bag. customets shouldnt have to ask for a bag. and iv got to say besides myself my sister n law she has harrassed all my friends and family on at least every level. my family and friend are respectful and curious and have manneres... so she needs to meditate get laid or stop working gravyard shift. but if you go during the day she might be working then as well. the other store employees are great. the convenient and location. is perfect. and maybe the owner should have a talk to his employees about customer service manners.
